WHAT REMINDS THEM OF YOU 𓆝 ⋆。𖦹°‧
ִ ࣪𖤐 featuring. gojo satoru, megumi fushiguro, itadori yuuji
ִ ࣪𖤐 warnings. just pure fluff :D
note. i was going to write some hurt comfort — but then i figured that i wanted to keep myself sane for today :>

anything strawberry. scent, taste — anything strawberry.
gojo remembered when the first time he brought you home some honeoye strawberries after a mission since it was in season. the way your eyes just lit up at the sight of strawberries made him happy, and from then on — gojo looks at a picture of a strawberry or even smelled strawberry from god knows where.
he just thinks of you.
one time gojo saw a rabbit eating a strawberry while scrolling through his social media, and he wasted no time sending the video to you with a small message: "you <33"
or the other time gojo sees a bucket cap with strawberry motives and he just had to get it for you. the male waited in line for half an hour for that hat (and he had to "fight" a kid for it, he won in the end because the kid moved on to a duck motive hat instead).
"baby, look what i got you — strawberry scented bath bomb. it was the last one on stock, and i had to argue with a lady over it," he happily bursts through the door, boasting while raising what seemed to be a bath bomb.
gojo just knows when you change your usual brand of strawberry lip balm. it took him a peck and he asks you, "did you change your brand? this one tastes weird," he wipes his lips.
"they were out of stock, 'toru."
"why didn't you say so?" he cooed, kissing the bridge of your nose, "i'd go to the other side of the earth to get you one, y'know?"
you chuckled, "or, i could just wait for it to stock back . . ."
"nonsense!"
𝐌𝐄𝐆𝐔𝐌𝐈 𝐅𝐔𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐆𝐔𝐑𝐎
the smiths.
he finds it amusing when you start quoting that one scene from 500 days of summer, "i love the smiths . . ." and he just unexpectedly replied with, "sorry?"
but that time — he didn't know that he was "unknowingly" going along with it. confused, he had to question you about it, and when you told him it was from a movie. megumi finally understood and thought that maybe you really liked the movie.
he was wrong. it wasn't the movie, it was the smiths. so now, every time he sees anything or hears anything about the band, he finds himself thinking about you — but he'd never actually say that. megumi often listens to their songs just so he could understand when you talked to him about it.
also, quoting the movie was now a habit for you two. you just go, "i love the smiths," out of the blue and megumi will continue it (even if he says that it's pretty corny).
megumi loves it when you listen to the smiths out loud, singing softly to the tune. the male tries really hard to get you unofficial merchandise, official merchandise for the smiths are actually so hard to find today — so he just had to go and make it custom for you.
"and when the double decker bus, crashes into us . . ." he heard you sing, both of your ears jammed with earbuds from the earphones, "to die by your side."
that, was your favorite song. and megumi made it into a custom painting of you and him as if the two of you were in that one scene in 500 days of summer. i'm not kidding.
𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐃𝐎𝐑𝐈 𝐘𝐔𝐔𝐉𝐈
mochi skin. the texture, the flesh. it just reminded him of your cheeks — it's so squishy and soft. every single time he buys a mochi, he makes sure to do something that he calls a squish test.
where he squishes the mochi, and then squishes your cheeks. if they don't feel the same, yuuji gets rid of the mochi and gets another one (he eats them).
"it doesn't feel the same y/n, i don't like it," he whines out softly, tossing the mochi into his mouth — he angrily takes out another bill of cash to buy another mochi.
"yuuji, why does it have to be the same again?" you asked him, hands inside your pockets.
"because . . ." good point. why?
the male prompts to ignore you and buy another one (three others) to make sure they are the same texture as your cheeks. it's something he does — if a mochi he buys doesn't feel the same way like your cheeks does.
he eats them or lets you have them.
if it does.
he also eats them or lets you have them.
it's just something he does for fun, so he could always remember you. and when you're not there with him — yuuji makes sure to buy at least five before coming over to visit you so he could do the test.
when he's not feeling like it but he misses you, he takes a video and sends it to you with a caption: "i miss you."

₊˚⊹。look my way, you’re what i crave | gojo satoru
Tumblr media
wc: 2.6k
summary: you and gojo made a promise to yuuji.
contains: f!reader in mind but no pronouns used, food trip/taste-testing, many food descriptions, a little bit of (playful) jealousy, pouty gojo, yuuji calls reader sensei, established relationship (but no label).
a/n: a small extra scene that takes place some time between col 2.5 and col 3! not a food expert nor am i japanese, so food descriptions are just based off first-hand experience and some research i’ve managed to do! there are some switches in povs (gojo-reader-gojo) but i tried to keep it as distinct as possible! this is also my birthday gift for you, niku @stellamancer!! thank you for sharing this idea with me and for loving the col couple as much as i do!!
collection masterlist: conversations on love 2.5. and my body keeps saying (it's yours) <- you are here -> 03. so this is what it means to be in love + (extended scene) too good to be mine

‘Losing’ isn’t a word in Gojo’s vocabulary.
If it is, it’s usually addressed to the other party.
He’s been a winner ever since he was born, two blue eyes and an extra four hidden, holding power that manifests itself only once every few centuries. Some argue that he was born for that reason: to win, without doubt, incontestably.
And he supposes, most of it is true—which is why he can’t believe the loss he’s feeling right now, standing in front of the Daifuku stall across from you.
Never in his entire life did Gojo ever anticipate himself losing to anything. But with the way you’d casually nodded off, signaled so nonchalantly that you’d follow him but clearly didn’t—it has his head turning, finding you midbite a singular, shared stick of Yakitori.
He thinks he might have just experienced his first loss.
And the victor is none other than Itadori Yuuji.
.
You made a promise to Yuuji.
Back when he was still up for execution by virtue of being Sukuna’s vessel, you’d laid your confidence in Gojo.
“Sensei, do you really think it’s possible?” he asks, voice hesitant but eyes tinged with hope. You were discussing the ways his execution could go down—if it even will go down.
Shoko’s always pointed out that the most dangerous thing about you is hope, and how you hold onto it so deeply that you pass it onto others like a disease, spreading it to seep into skin and bones.
Gojo calls it your hidden technique, the trump card you pull out when everyone’s knocked down, spirits low. It’s what sets you apart, he thinks, how you’re able to survive in a world that serves as an antithesis to the values you hold.
“If Satoru said to leave it up to him, he’ll find a way,” you answer immediately, like you’ve known it all this time, experienced it first-hand—a memory. Then you add, an affirmation that sounds so close to fact, it reassures him, “he always does.”
“Let’s go to Osaka and eat all the street food when everything’s done.”
You made a promise to Yuuji, and here you are now, with Gojo, keeping it.
The streets of Osaka are bustling, crowded pretty much any time of the year—carts of all sorts of street food lined up with restaurants hidden in every corner. Neon banners and LED signs light up overhead, a twinkling food heaven reflected in Yuuji’s eyes.
It must be his first time here, you surmise, because he’s looking at every food stall like he’s ready to devour. You glance at Gojo, hands tucked in his pockets with his blindfold sitting snugly on his face. His presence is bright, blending in with the light, and he turns his head to you slightly, flashing you a small smile.
You tell yourself the warmth you feel is because of the heat radiating from all the vendors’ stoves.
“Sensei, what do you want to try first?” Yuuji interrupts your train of thought, but you’re sure he doesn’t mean to. He’s just excited, and his energy has always been infectious, spreading to both Gojo and you.
Gojo isn’t too big a fan of savory things, so you know you’re going to end up having to choose. You take a look around you to survey each stall, before turning back to Yuuji with a plan on how exactly you’re going to eat and conquer.
.
Gojo watches—the way you zig-zag across the street, following Yuuji as he walks up to each vendor. It’s both amusing and endearing seeing you being just as, if not more, enthralled at all the savory options in front of you.
Between the two of you, he’s always had the sweet tooth, so it tickles something in him that even when you don’t, your food-tasting game plan still consists of alternating savory-sweet-savory food.
Yuuji’s first pick is of course, Okonomiyaki, an iconic must-have in Osaka. He orders one piece at first, but you insist on two, knowing that the boy is more than capable of finishing a single one on his own. On the frying sheet lie columns of the pancakes–a simple mixture of flour, eggs, and cabbage–fried and coated in flavors bursting of sweet, savory, and smoky. The lady vendor is generous with the toppings and sauce she pours over it, packing the two pancakes in separate plastic containers before handing one to you and the other to Yuuji.
You turn back to find Gojo a few steps behind you, so you beckon him closer.
“Let’s share,” you whisper, once he sidles up next to you. The plastic crinkles in your hand as you try to slice a piece, Yuuji’s muffled ‘whoah’ heard from the side.
You blow on the slice, lips shaped into a small ‘o’; he doesn’t want to stare, not with Yuuji right there and neither of you having made anything official yet—
—but this is really tempting him to kiss you.
He doesn’t know if you can tell—any hint of his desire concealed by his blindfold, but you shove the slice right to his lips. And while it isn’t graceful at all, with the sauce probably smeared all over his mouth, it’s a good distraction from how much he wants you instead of the food right now.
The texture of the Okonomiyaki hits right every time, the crunchy and creamy combination providing a great contrast that complements how sweet and savory it is. The bite you take after his has your expression mirroring Yuuji’s, and he takes out his phone to capture this memory.
“Gowo-shunsheh! Tek a shulfeh!” Yuuji shouts, mouth still full as he lifts his fingers up into a peace sign. You grin, ear-to-ear, evidence of your happy tummy; he wants to pinch your cheeks.
“Okay, copy!” he raises his phone up at an angle, fingers hovering over the volume button as he grips the edges, “ready! 1…2…3… say Okonomiyaki!”
Only Yuuji shouts it, and when Gojo reviews the photo, you’re halfway through a fallen smile—face contorting into disbelief that he said something that cringey, in typical, loud, Gojo fashion too.
“Hey!” he points out, zooming into your face in the photo, “Again! You’re not smiling!”
You shoot him a look.
“We can try it with a .5 this time, the kids love it these days.” he suggests, flipping the phone and gathering you and Yuuji closer.
He takes two photos: one with flash and one without, and the moment he counts down, you mumble right by his ear to please not say ‘Okonomiyaki’ when you have to smile—he chuckles.
And he says it again. Both times.
You expected no less, but at least you tried.
“You should be our human tripod next time,” you tell him, letting Yuuji go ahead.
The photos look good, with you tiptoeing as you balance a hand on Gojo’s shoulder, Yuuji at the back with his hands raised, holding the empty plastic that used to house his Okonomiyaki.
“Knew you were just using me,” he pouts, hand reaching behind to rest at your lower back.
It’s been the subtleties with him this trip, tonight especially.
“Yep,” you play along, smiling oh-so-sweetly, “I knew those freakishly long arms were good for something.”
Before he can retort with something cheesy, along the lines of: ‘to hold you’ or ‘to hug you in your sleep’, you move away, catching up to Yuuji.
Your pick, for Gojo, is Taiyaki. It’s not his favorite thing to eat, but it’s sweet, and is still a good, nostalgic dessert, you’d like to think. Batter is poured all over the fish molds before being filled with the red bean filling. Then, after a few minutes of waiting, it pops out perfectly, ready to be eaten by the three of you. You ask for two again, only because this time, you know Gojo can finish one whole.
But when his eyes land on the Taiyaki you’re biting from and he realizes very quickly that it isn’t his, he feels a pinch.
It's a good thing the crunchy outside and soft, full inside of the Taiyaki is enough to make him shrug off the feeling. For now.
As the food trip goes on, you end up in many more stalls—
—a Takoyaki one, where Yuuji’s ‘ooo’s’ and ‘aaa’s’ are heard every time the balls are flipped and formed. The cooking on it is perfect, the pieces of octopus sitting just right with enough bite as flavors of soy and Worcestershire come through in its glaze. Gojo only eats one from the set of six that you ordered, and he wishes he just waited, because now Yuuji is eating half of the last one you couldn't finish.
—a Kushikatsu one, deep fried beef and vegetables coated in crispy, crunchy breadcrumbs and dipped in Tonkatsu sauce. Yuuji ends up finishing three whole sticks, while you manage to eat one. It’s an animated conversation between the two of you that Gojo can’t seem to insert himself into. A part of him feels a little pathetic now, tailing you both like a dog, but he just wants a little bit more of your attention.
—a Soba shop (not so much a stall) that serves amazing Cold Soba he definitely isn’t missing out on. Yuuji is practically buzzing, excited for anything noodles; it’s the main reason you’d suggested Osaka in the first place. He ducks in the shop last, Yuuji first with you in the middle, and when you settle in your seat right beside him, he snickers endearingly. Gojo can see everything, you’re reminded of that everyday and in moments like this especially. Right now, it's the way you sigh as soon as you release the top button of your pants immediately.
You pout at him as you’re served an order each, the dipping sauce in small ceramic as the noodles lie in bamboo boxes. It’s refreshing and light, just the right balance of sweet and savory; the buckwheat noodles have a lovely bite to them, not at all mushy. When he glances at you, halfway through your bowl, he can tell that you’re already full.
But just as he offers to finish yours—
“Sensei, are you going to finish that?”
—there’s Yuuji.
You shake your head, pushing your bowl towards him; Gojo feels that pinch returning.
A few good minutes of walking find you on the way to another stall—
—a Yakitori one that Yuuji practically skips to, as if he didn’t just finish a bowl and a half of Cold Soba, three sticks of Kushikatsu, three and a half pieces of Takoyaki, a half of one Taiyaki, and a whole order of Okonomiyaki.
Gojo decides to sit this one out, eyeing the Daifuku stand across the street. He’s gone here plenty of times before, but never with you—and if there's anything he wants you to try out here, it's fresh, special mochi, all soft and delectable, delicate in the way its decorated.
He takes off his blindfold, ruffling his hair. With Yuuji having gone ahead, it’s just the two of you.
“I’m going to buy Daifuku, there’s a special one I want you to taste,” he whispers excitedly, wiggling his eyebrows.
The expression on your face is the last thing he was expecting.
Your eyes are dazed, half-lidded, almost like you’re sleepy, and you blink at him twice before you’re able to fully process what he just said. You could be having a food coma right now, just standing.
“Oh, okay,” you hum, nodding as you smile, dopey, “I’ll follow.”
He considers just waiting for a bit, because he wants you to go with him. But you insist and shoo him away, telling him that the Daifuku might run out by the time Yuuji reaches the front of the Yakitori line.
So he goes, and maybe it’s a little petty, and immature, and stupid-silly, but he hates how this entire food trip has felt like a battle for your attention between him and Yuuji.
Even though he’s probably the only one who feels it.
So it’s one-sided. Definitely.
And he’s losing. Terribly.
Each individual piece of Daifuku looks majestic, pink mochi with red bean filling, sliced in the middle to leave room for a whole syrup-glazed strawberry. He orders two boxes to bring back home and an extra two pieces, one for the two of you to share and the other for Yuuji.
Gojo’s mouth is watering and he really wants to take a bite already, but you aren’t anywhere near him. So when he turns around and spots you, mid-chew on the last few bites your stomach can take from that shared Yakitori stick—he feels that pinch again. Because throughout this trip, all you’d done was split savory food with Yuuji, and all he wanted was a bit more attention, sharing half-bites with you.
When you finally meet his eyes across the street, signature blue amidst bright reds and neon greens, he’s pouting, and he hopes he’s making it very obvious that he wants (needs) you to go to him.
Your eyes widen before crossing the street, Yuuji right on your heel.
“Whoah, Gojo Sensei! That looks good!” Yuuji’s voice booms, earning a few looks.
Gojo holds one Daifuku on each hand, the other two boxes tucked in a plastic bag hanging by his elbow.
“It’s their special one!” He smiles at Yuuji, handing it over.
You look at him curiously, head tilted to the side as you watch him closely—how his smile doesn’t really reach his eyes.
Once Yuuji moves out of earshot, his series of ‘mmm’s’ blending in with the bustle of market chatter, you face Gojo and open your mouth wide, “Aaaah,”
Gojo doesn’t move for the first few seconds, but you meet in the middle eventually, his hand inching towards feeding you while you move your head closer. He keeps his palm open under your chin, cupping it to serve as a catch tray for any filling that might spill out.
There’s something about the look of you, half-sleepy and asking to be fed, that makes him feel warm and fuzzy—like that pinching feeling earlier never existed. Like he’d gladly do this everyday if you asked for it.
The soft, plush exterior of the mochi touches your lips, and you bite, the filling oozing out just enough for you to get a good portion of it. Flavors of red bean and strawberry hit your palate, and the filling doesn’t leak, but the syrup coating the strawberry catches onto your nose when you move away.
At the tip of your nose is a shiny red spot, glistening under the busy lights. The expression on your face is pleased, content—your head doing that side-to-side sway whenever you like the taste of something.
“Mmm,” you smile at him, “it’s yummy.”
And he doesn’t know what it is, if it’s the look you’re giving him, or if it's something in the air tonight, but he feels warm and full and still very much like he wants to kiss you.
So he decides, damn all the passersby.
He does one quick scan around him, making sure that Yuuji, at the very least, is away from the immediate vicinity. And when it’s all clear, he leans in.
Gojo kisses you on the nose in the middle of a busy street food road, and his lips are soft, almost feather-light, swooping in quickly before anyone can notice. You’re stunned into silence, but the moment you come to, he’s already swiped the strawberry syrup off you.
His cheeks are starting to turn pink, the sides of his neck already as red as the signs on the food stalls. And he can tell you feel it too, with the way your sleepiness seems to have faded into what now looks like surprise.
Still cute though.
(Always will be, in his eyes).
So, ‘losing’ isn’t really a word in Gojo’s vocabulary.
But if it is, he thinks he’d gladly lose to you.
(Still not to Yuuji though. He maybe still has to keep an eye out for that one).

okay so my thought was imagine bokuto, yuuji and laois, three himbos in a room together with your naked, vulnerable body on the bed. they're so impatient but they gotta figure out how to proceed with the act. all of them love your body but bokuto is so fond of your tits, yuuji your cute lips and laios loves your other lips down there.
bokuto settles himself on the bed, back resting against the headboard with you between his legs. his big hands have no trouble cupping your tits and massaging them so gently. it is only when you moan that he gets rough, pinching your nipples, with your mouth left ajar. yuuji wastes no time in slapping his big leaky cock against your pretty face and stuffing your mouth full of it. of course, you can't fit him in one go. bokuto's fingers that were dancing on your tits are now entering in your mouth, stretching you more along with yuuji's cock. he moaned when he felt kou's fingers touch his dick.
laios being clueless just watched you, but the impatience drove him crazy. he sat between your legs, facing your drooling cunt. he hasn't ever ate pussy, but he is good at eating that's for sure. he licked a few stripes, testing the waters. the taste of your sweet cunt activated his primal instincts and soon enough he started lapping it like a dog, drooling fucking mess. your sensitive plea sent vibrations to yuuji's fat leaky dick.
bokuto humped you from behind enjoying you squirming as laios refused to give you a break for even a second as he jerks himself off because he is needy to cum.
all three men match each other's rhythm along with yours, yuuji's pace erratic, with bokuto's body tightening and so does laios face against your pussy as he send you to your sweet release while they do the same. your ass is wet and sticky from bokuto's cum, mouth filled with yuuji's while laios face smeared in yours and his on the the floor. all three men look so blissed, with red cheeks and ears, sharing looks with each other as they got hard again. now that they had a taste of the fruit, they knew how to devour it.

sukuna who's over heels with y/n, but y/n is stupidly in love with yuuji who is falling in love with megumi?!
GOOD GOD THIS IS THE REAL REASON HE HATES YUJI AND HAD TO TAKE MEGUMI HOSTAGE
I tried, 🤍 I don’t where my brain went but it was everywhere 🙂‍↕️
Tumblr media
You loved Yuji, and it hurt him, he was infuriated
All those times you spent together, had you only ever saw him as friend and nothing more? Even when he bullied and teased you, he made sure to never dig into you as crudely as he would others.
He proved in many ways he was superior to counter part, he remembers your giggles and bashful smiles when he’d prove himself superior and you’d compliment him.
We’re your words lies??? He scoffed, and turned to you beside him, you had just confessed to him you had a crush on Yuji, and it as much as he tried to hide it, the sour taste on his mouth and the bitter expression on his face told you everything you needed to know. He was upset with you, you expected him to be, because it was his brother, it would ruin you’re entire friendship. But that wasn’t the true reason he had become so upset.
He wanted to snap you that Yuji wasn’t even straight, that he knew his brother was interested in that Fushiguro brat. He wanted to make you understand why you had chosen incorrectly, why you’re little idea was foolish. So he tried to explain in a way without outing his closeted brother.
Of course you became upset thinking he just didn’t want you and Yuji together. You yelled at him and watched how he clenched his jaw, his eye twitched before he sighed and physically deflated. He leaned forward, testing his forearms on his thighs and dropped his head. You almost felt bad seeing how he reacted, but he stood up, not giving you time to put your hand on his shoulder, he didn’t face you, he didn’t even glance in your direction when he told you, “Y/n, I’m not going to stop you from doing whatever the hell you want. But as Yuji’s brother, I know damn well this isn’t going to work the way you think it is. If you’re so fucking set on going and pouring your heart out to him, you do that. I’ll be right here when you realize it’s not what you thought it was.”
He left you on his bed in his room and he went out to smoke on the back patio. There he found Choso, their step brother. Sukuna wasn’t as close to Choso as Yuji was, but in that day the silence between the two as they sat there in the others presence was enough to sway their opinion on the other, “Maybe he’s not as big of an ass.” “Maybe that sleep deprived brat ain’t to bad.”
—- —- —- —- —- •*•*•*•*•*• —- —- —- —- —-
THEN YUJI REJECTED YOU in his oh so bashful manner saying he liked Megumi..
It was later that week after mulling over your thoughts, over Sukuna’s words, what did he mean when he said he’d still be there. Of course you didn’t put much thought into the finer details as you made your way to Itadori’s house hold. You found Yuji sitting on the front porch basking in the sun with a smile on his face. It was the fall season and you know how much he loved going on walks and stepping on the “Crunchy” leaves. He opened his eyes hearing your steps, if anything he knew everyone by their walk. He smiled waving a hand, “Hey! Didn’t think I’d see you this week, you haven’t called or messaged so I thought you were busy with your college classes.” You smiled at him shrugging “It’s just been a busy week I guess, a lot to think about but it feel like I can’t even think straight about what I need to focus on.”
He hummed “Yeah, me too…” you both fell into after he offered you the spot next to him. Sitting out under the afternoon sun, the soft breeze and sounds of leaves scraping over the street and side walk. Your face felt warm as you found the courage to finally say what had been on your chest. “Yuji, I need to tell you something.” He was staring off with a smile at the sky, he turned to you with that same smile, eye brows furrowed a bit in curiosity, “It’s gonna sound weird since we’ve known each other for so long but I think I really like you.” You didn’t miss the way his eyes widened and his face paled.
He was scared shitless, and fumbled over his words before he sighed looking down. He leaned back on his palms staring up at the sky with a neutral expression. “Y/n…” he couldn’t look at you, you felt sick at the tone of his voice. He knew Sukuna adored you, he wasn’t blind, weather Sukuna could admit it or not no one would know him better than Yuji, no one wouldn’t be able to notice the slightest change in his personality if not his brother, “I don’t know how to tell you this, but I don’t like…” he hesitated, “I don’t see us…” he sighed thinking it over, “I don’t see you in that light, and it’s not you exactly it just…” he huffed, he didn’t know how to tell you, he wasn’t interested in you without making it seem like it was because of you, he didn’t know how to tell you he had fallen in love with his best friend, and he went through his own breakdowns and trauma, he remembered how he cried and pulled at his hair, in frustration and confusion. How Sukuna had to forcefully hold him down in a strange embrace to keep him from pulling his hair, he remembers laying in bad crying into Sukuna until Choso came home and tried to offer consolation and a level head to help him think and process everything.
The three spent their night on Yuji’s bed in a comforting silence. It was interesting watching Yuji laid on his stomach watching tv at the foot of his bed, Sukuna who was scrolling aimlessly on his phone with his feet propped up on Yuji’s back, and Choso who was sat against the headboard occasionally watching the movie while being one of the three to actually go their college work ahead of time.
“I’m gay Y/n… and I well, I already have plans with someone else…” you felt sick and stupid. Your weren’t sick because of your best friend gay, you were sick from your embarrassment. Yuji didn’t catch on having not looked away form the setting son. But you felt nauseous, you felt the embarrassment in your bones. Rejection hurt you nonetheless even though it was based on pure honesty. You couldn’t hate him or his answer, but you could fight the sentiment building up inside as you felt heat on your face. With a shaky breath and voice you answered him, “Thank you for letting me know, Yuu.” He turned to look at you concerned, he saw the tears in your eyes, “…y/n.” You smiled through your tears, “Don’t worry about it, I just hope your happy.” He wanted to comfort you but you stood up quickly, “I’ll see you around, I’m gonna go for a walk.” You waved him off quickly making your way out of sight. Staring at the sun set you ducked your head and let yourself cry until you found yourself at a park bench where you sat down letting your head fall back. Tears still flooding your eyes, you closed them shutting the evening sky out of sight. You tried to repress every sound, your ears and nose stuffy, your phone ringing with messages, probably your parents or siblings asking when you’d get home. You couldn’t stand to answer, rubbing your balled fists aggressively over your eyes trying to force the tears away. It didn’t work because it felt like they were rushing out faster. No one was there to dry your tears, your heart screamed out for just someone to come and hold you, your heart held out for a fantasy for a dream of Mr.Perfect coming and sweeping you off that bench into a hug and comforting you while you cried into the stary sky. But Mr.Perfect was a dream, and the stary night was a illusion as your hands were pulled away so you could see the full moon rising and over casting the stars to disappear. Face hot and red puffy eyes, you hated it, you hated the moon, you hated that you knew who was holding your wrists hostage, “Shitty brat, you have people losing their shit wondering where the hell you are. Is it that hard to answer your phone.” You leaned your head further back, your teary eyes and distraught face didn’t faze Sukuna as he sighed walking around the bench and sitting next to you. In the same manner he had held Yuji down he did to you when you quickly started to wipe your tears away.
“Stop it dumbass you’re gonna make it worse with how hard your rubbing your skin.” It was a quick movement he pulled you at an angle so your back was to his left side side, his left arm thrown over the back of the bench and your shoulder, his single hand held both your wrists hostage. Hi sighed and you only sniffled quietly, at least he’d given you the decency to not be seen when you cried. “You’re family called ask if we knew where you were…” you sniffled not answering, “Yuji told Cho and I everything…” silence fell over both of you. Your little movements from sniffling kept Sukuna from losing his train of thought. He lets your hands fall from his grip as he moved his hand to hold a loose choke hold over your shoulders and pull you closer against his side. He was nonchalant when he sighed, “I said it wouldn’t work out y/n, now look at us, you’re crying and I’m here holding you hostage from your own hands, way to spend a Friday night huh?” You hands sound it in you to say anything yet, your hands coming up to hold onto the loose black sleeve that covered his arm, finally your let your head fall left against his shoulder, “Did you know Yuji was gay?” “Yeah, he’s my brother, kinda knew before he knew.” You let out a single laugh, “Guess that’s why you said all that stuff then.. huh?” The silence was inevitable, Sukuna wasn’t a man of words, but the way he squeezed your shoulders was enough to comfort you.
Sure enough, it took a month, before you found yourself foolishly falling for Sukuna and his rough edges, snide comments and crude behavior. But what you loved more were the nights he’d sneak into your room when he knew a thunderstorm would come at night. And you’d sleep with the curtain open tucked into his side to watch the storm pass. Staying at the Itadori house all day to be with him and his brothers. Meeting Megumi who seemed very out of place when he first arrived, he was so docile and reserved it was humoring to think he and Yuji would be a pair. Then again anyone would say the same about yourself and Sukuna. But what really shocked everyone was when Choso brought home a friend, and announced his friend as his girlfriend, Yuki was her name.
(Alternate ending: the way Yuji made you cry? of course it fueled Sukuna’s anger. Why? because Yuji had made you cry and broke your little heart, (he’s bi he just doesnt like you and is a bit blunt with it so it comes off rude) so Sukuna decided, he’d have to make sure if he wasn’t happy no one could be happy, he convinced Megumi that Yuji actually hated him and was just being nice to him because he felt bad “A gay little twink boy” like Megumi was always alone and had no one to talk to or hang out with. Which in retaliation make Megumi shut out and cut off Yuji with no hesitation and Yuji is confused and sad, because the day he was going to confess to Megumi, he was left alone waiting all day in a cafe thinking “Megumi would never not show up without texting me?”
SurpISE on his way home Yuji see’s Megumi crying and walking solemnly in the night misty rain, he was going to approach him until he see’s someone else approaching Megumi and pulling him into a hug. He watched as Megumi slumped against this person and just stood, his forehead pressed to the teller person chest. Yuji was wide eyed when he saw the teller person left their chin from megumi’s head and using their finger tips to angle Megumi’s face up. He felt sick, that wave of nausea, embarrassment, the ache in your body that makes you wanna puke and leaves you weak, it hit him hard when he saw the taller person lean down, he saw clearly how Megumi’s tear stained lashes fluttered slowly when the other person moved in closer and kissed him. Yuji did in fact puke, but he swallowed it down. It wasn’t til the two pulled apart and started to walk together under the street lights he realized who the other guy was. He was Noritoshi Kamo, a relative of Choso’s through choso’s father’s side. Someone of a respectable and well known family who would fit Megumi far better than Yuji would’ve… he stood there in the rain looking down at the side as he slowly made his way home.
By the time he got home he was soaked, he wasn’t hungry, he just wanted to sleep. He thought about you, it weighed on him if this was how you felt? He wanted to apologize to you and maybe even consider take you out on a date instead. But he didn’t get that chance, he walked into Sukuna’s room to try and get tonight off his chest, out of his head. Instead he found you curled up in his brother, you were wearing a tank top arms wrapped around Sukuna’s torso, using his shoulder as a pillow as he wrapped his arm around your waist. You were wearing Sukuna’s sweats pants and had your leg thrown over his waist snoring away. Sukuna’s eyes were closed, his free hand tucked behind his head. It was obvious he wasn’t asleep when he opened his eyes and saw his brother in his door. “What’s wrong brat?” Yuji simply shook his head, “I’ll talk to you in the morning.” He passed Choso in the hallway who immediately stoped him concerned. Yuji cried to Choso unable to get the words out, Choso held him tight comforting his brother all night letting him know everything would be alright in time.

my jjk headcanons, part 3
tumblr pls give me more colors
part 1
part 2
part 4
satoru’s favorite color can only be seen with the six eyes. he’s tried explaining it to his peers multiple times but it just left him frustrated and everyone else very confused like “wdym you can see different colour spectrums????”
modern!au sukuna calls the number on missing animal posters, imitates the noise of the animal that’s missing and then hangs up (he does the same with missing children ones, too, if he’s feeling particularly unhinged)
modern!au yuuji has a letterboxd account and his reviews are the funniest shit you’ll ever read
he does the same with steam game reviews, too, and at some point dragged megumi and nobara into his shenanigans as well
first year suguru said “eat the rich” and satoru asked “why do you wanna eat me????” (shoko cried tears of laughter). this is how suguru found out satoru’s a nepo baby
adult satoru brings nanami cds and vinyls from emo/alt/rock bands as souvenirs whenever he has missions abroad. nanami keeps telling him to stop but the first thing he does when he arrives home is listen to them
nanami is also who megumi got his taste of music from since nanami babysat the fushiguro siblings some times when they were younger
cult leader suguru calls shoko whenever he gets a serious injury and asks her to come over and heal it (she gets there as fast as she can)
quitting smoking was very rough on shoko but babysitting the fushiguro siblings and studying for her medical license was a great distraction
modern!au choso doesn’t have the tattoo/mark over the bridge of his nose, instead it’s just a huge scar he got as a kid during some accident
megumi likes listening to rain sounds while falling asleep
satoru’s a little (read: huge) nerd. his bookshelves are filled with lectures and studies about physics and math theories, documentations of all kinds of natural sciences, he keeps up to date with everything in the field and even peeked into biographies of big science people
despite satoru and suguru being very cat-coded, shoko is actually more of a dog person (how does she put up with them? we’ll never know)
nobara regularly uses megumi and yuuji to test out her new nail polishes. she’d wipe it off for them after but at some point neither of them cared anymore so the boys just run around with colourful nails some times
when we see sukuna eat popcorn and drink soda during his fight with mahoraga, it’s because he saw yuuji eat/drink all those things while he was in satoru’s basement. he got curious and wanted to try himself but we saw how that ended
an addition to the hc above, sukuna also has forgotten the flavours and textures of all kinds of foods. modern era foods would really mess with his taste buds because heian period food wasn’t particularly known to be as flavourful as it is today + they didn’t really use oil back then. sukuna would certainly be insanely overwhelmed if given a modern meal
this is not really a headcanon but also not canon because gege never specified it: only cursed spirits can see sukuna’s tattoos. there’s several indications in both manga and anime that humans & shamans alike cannot see the tattoos (correct me if i’m wrong) but in season 2 jogo’s inner monologue proves that he can see them. i’d like to think it must be because he’s a cursed spirit, which means all cursed spirits (or high ranked ones) are able to see the marks
when satoru held yuuji in that basement for two months, yuuji taught him how to cook because “sensei, you’re an adult. how do you not know how to make tamagoyaki??? we can’t order takeout twice a day!” (yes yuuji, he can, he’s gojo fucking satoru, he has a black card and swims in money)
yuuji is good at every sports, even the ones he’s never played before

In Unckuna au I love to think that Sukuna have a very limited number of people he genuinely accept in his life which is :
Wasuke : Dad, also only person he can complain about new stuff with. Wasuke is responsible for Sukuna having old man tastes
Jin : "If I wasn't there you'd be dead" (yeah knowing the canon it's very funny), have to protect him since they're little and principal reason why Jin kept his optimist
Kaori : Jin's wife. They actually can't stand each other but she punch very hard. At least she can protect Jin
Choso : First child of Jin and Kaori. For some reason he seem to have inherited Kaori's distaste for Sukuna. Sukuna love to bother him.
Yuuji : Jin and Kaori second son. Remember him Jin when they were little. Yuuji like to bother him and it's mutual even if everyone side-eye Sukuna for having a beef with a baby
Uraume : Of course! Only friend he needs. A genius when it comes to cooking and love to test their new recipes. Ultimate besties with who he likes to bitch with
Outside of these people Sukuna just think internally "why are you talking to me." Or "why is everyone outside right now. Go inside where you don't breath the same air as me"

Nanami Kento x f!reader.
:What else can a person do with their life, if they believe that the person they love does not love them back, or do they?
warnings: a little anguish, mahito, reader's traumatic adolescence etc.
Tumblr media
2018.October 31
You shouldn't be here, you should be far away in Malaysia drinking wine and relaxing. But being a jujutsu sorcerer, you didn't know peace.
Your ears hurt from the noise around you, your head felt like it was going to explode and the blood in your nose wouldn't stop- everything felt so familiar, the desperation, the fear, the taste of death on your tongue.
Using your expansion domain had really tired you out but at least you were able to help, now you just needed to find your husband.
Your husband, the father of your daughter, your best friend, your partner, your Kento.
Running through the rubble, you heard Itadori Yuuji scream and your heart stopped for a moment.
Everything felt so familiar, suddenly 28 years of your life began to flash before your eyes.
10 years before the Shibuya Incident.
2006. November 5
Spending your time with Shoko Ieiri was more common than unusual, you were almost always a group of four with your two male friends, but you and Shoko simply completed each other.
"Oi Y/N, are you listening to me?"
Sitting on the patio stairs, you watched the two idiots who were your second-year friends and the two young first-years. But your gaze remained on one in specific.
"Sorry, I got lost in my thoughts" you murmured, looking away, Shoko raised one of her eyebrows and pointed her lollipop at you.
"In your thoughts or in the first year? I didn't think you liked people younger than you."
You rolled your eyes, it was useless to deny Shoko anything, you knew each other like the back of your hand.
" He's cute, I'll give you that, it's kinda serious but I think it's because I'm used to Gojo's immaturity." You joked, making Shoko laugh, a throat clearing made you turn around, it was Yaga-sensei.
You both jumped to your feet quickly, you were supposed to be training with the rest.
"Ladies, I'll pretend I didn't see you. Y/n, i will wait for you and Nanami in the classroom in 15 minutes. Don't be late" Yaga said walking towards said place, Shoko and you sighed, you were saved from a scolding.
Shoko nudged you and smiled mischievously, "Looks like he got you a date."
You rolled your eyes and sighed, it was going to be a long day.
Yaga assigned you a mission, quite easy really, you assumed he was testing Nanami's abilities. Usually the first years had fairly quiet missions, so you assumed you were just there in case things got out of your control.
"I'm sorry you were assigned to me. I know that you are more advanced than me, after all, you are a special grade." Nanami murmured, surprising you, the entire trip to the desolate forest he hadn't said much.
You smiled and shook your head, you continued moving forward, being attentive, "Don't worry Nanami, a mission is never completely easy, it's always useful to have extra experience."
Nanami didn't say anything, he just stared at you. You were very kind and precious in his eyes, but he couldn't help but assume that your feelings belonged to someone else.
""So tell me, would you have preferred to come with someone else?" you asked turning around, you felt the cursed energy emanating from many sides but you couldn't know for sure, being close to Nanami really distracted you.
The first year just denied, he was about to respond but out of nowhere a cursed spirit appeared climbing a tree and attacking you.
Honestly, you could use your cursed technique and it would all be over soon, but you decided to let Nanami act.
Nanami quickly pushed you to the ground, preventing the spirit from hurting you, he took out his cursed object and activated his technique, managing to hurt the spirit but not fatally as it managed to dodge the blow a little.
"Good job Nanami! Finish it now" you exclaimed, standing up from the ground smiling.
Nanami couldn't help but feel a little euphoria knowing that he was able to protect you, he followed your orders and this time he didn't miss the precision blow that killed the spirit.
You ran towards him and hugged him tightly, you were excited to see the confidence in his fight and you let yourself be carried away by the emotion. Nanami tensed for a moment making you release him.
"Sorry Nanami, the euphoria of the moment, but you did very well!"
Nanami again just nodded and followed you back to the car. As he watched you walk in front of him and talk about what you wanted to eat for dinner, he touched his cheeks as he felt them hot.
He assumed it was just because of the fight.
Months later, Nanami learned that he hated seeing you cry. He never thought that a mission with Gojo and Geto could go wrong, but that damn mission ruined everything.
Haibara and Nanami watched as the three of you arrived with a serious and cold countenance, but Nanami could only watch you. Haibara stopped to talk to Geto but you kept going, not bothering to talk to them.
You were heading to your room, the whole mission was a disaster. Riko's death, seeing Gojo "dead" on the ground full of insects on him, Geto's fury, a guy didn't hesitate to stab you in the stomach.
If Geto didn't find you on the ground bleeding, it was almost certain that you would die.
You were barely 17 years old, everything felt very unreal, all the scenes were playing in your head, tears filled your eyes.
You couldn't help but relive the smell of Gojo's blood, the sharp pain in your stomach, how the light faded from Geto's eyes after seeing Riko dead.
You crouched down with your head in your hands and began to hyperventilate, you heard footsteps behind you and activated your cursed technique in paranoia, if you had done it last time, maybe it would have been more useful.
Your cursed technique could alter the mobility of any being, with the condition that they became slower and you became faster, the weaker they were the better, the stronger they were it cost you a little more.
Nanami stayed still, he didn't want to upset you any more than you already were. Upon recognizing him you deactivated your technique.
"I'm sorry"
Nanami's words were silent, you wouldn't have known he spoke them if you weren't looking at his face. Your face was full of your tears, the pain evident in your eyes, and your silence scared him.
Usually between the two of you, you were always the one who brought up topics of conversation and it didn't bother you that he didn't talk much so when he didn't hear a response from you, he approached slowly, careful not to scare you.
You closed your eyes as you felt the heat of his body surround you, you rested your head on his chest and cried harder. Nanami just held you tighter to him, it really hurt him to see your broken spirit.
"I was so scared Nanami, seeing the one who is supposed to be the strongest so hurt and miserable, it made me believe that I would have no more chance to live. Then the damn son of a bitch hurt me, from one moment to the next I was lying on the ground."
Nanami nodded and was a little stung by your comment about Gojo, he understood your crying as fear of losing him.
"I'm so sorry y/n, you're too young to have experienced that. But you said it yourself, every mission is an experience, and you will be stronger now."
Nanami's words calmed you a little, he grabbed your face in his hands and wiped the tears from your cheeks, "Better?"
You looked at him for a moment, and the temptation to kiss him was great, but not enough, "A little, thank you, Nanami."
Nanami hugged you again and you didn't need him to tell you anything else, in his hug he communicated many things.
The main one was "you are not alone"
You realized that you also hated seeing Nanami Kento cry.
After Riko's incident, you became much closer, Nanami getting along more and more with you. You didn't know whether to blame it on Haibara's personality rubbing off on him or it was simply because he liked you.
You were in your room reading when Shoko entered your room pale and agitated from running to you, you closed your book and looked at her with concern, you knew that the first years had gone on a mission.
'It's Haibara, he..." Shoko couldn't finish the sentence and bit her lips, you got up and hugged her, feeling her sob, Haibara Yu was a very warm person and his loss was felt between you.
You couldn't help but ask about Nanami, Shoko smiled wiping her eyes, "He's fine, he's in the morgue with Geto, go see him, im sure he needs to talk."
You made sure Shoko was okay, leaving a kiss on her cheek you ran to the morgue, when you arrived you saw Nanami Kento close the door behind him.
Your heavy breathing caught his attention and he turned to look at you, you noticed his red eyes.
"Nanami, I'm so sorry, Shoko already informed me."
You approached and Nanami looked away so you stopped, you noticed his face was serious as always but this time you felt hostility towards you.
"I'm so sorry Nanami, he didn't deserve that, Shoko told me that Gojo finished the mission, it should have been a mission for us, not you."
Your words made Nanami look mocking, he rolled his eyes and looked at you coldly, "You're right. It was supposed to be an easy mission but it wasn't, maybe if your stupid boyfriend acted when he was supposed to do it, he would still be alive"
It was evident that Nanami was saying those words to hurt you, you understood that each person had a grieving process, but you were not going to let him crush your feelings.
"First of all, I don't know what boyfriend you're talking about. Second, missions are supposed to be assigned according to rank, it's not my fault you guys weren't up to the task."
You were being unfair, and you knew it. But your feelings were hurt, you supposed you had to do the same.
Nanami approached you and looked you straight in the eyes, you didn't feel scared because you knew he would never hurt you, "Don't stand here and talk about survive to a mission when you experienced the exact same thing, you survived that mission thanks to Geto according to you. You're no better than us y/n, we're all trying to survive here."
With those words you saw him walk away from you, and this time you didn't follow him.
2007. April 24
You lasted exactly five months without speaking to Nanami, and he didn't do anything to speak to you either. You were both very stubborn, but you were still his weakness.
You were again on the stairs that led to the patio, you bit your lips waiting for news from Geto, according to what someone reported, he had massacred a village and even murdered his own parents.
You couldn't understand that your sweet friend could have done something so cruel and inhumane. Gojo had called and announced that officially, Geto Suguru has deserted.
Your friend Suguru, who told you to confess your feelings to Nanami, who let you comb his hair, who was such a good person.
You didn't understand.
A few steps made you turn in another direction, wiping the tears from your face, you were tired of people seeing you cry. That someone sat next to you and you were silent. You didn't need to look to know who it was.
"I guess you already know. 112 deaths were reported in the village he visited" you bit your lips and nodded, you had nothing to say.
""I'm sorry for what I said to you that day, it was inappropriate and you didn't deserve that."
You honestly didn't have the head to process Nanami's apology, you just nodded again and looked to the side.
"It's okay, we're fine, I'm also sorry for reacting like that, I had to be more understanding."
Nanami didn't say anything else, he just grabbed one of your hands and held it, startling you. You had forgotten that he was already more trusting with you, making you blush.
You looked at him and knew that a question that needed to be spoken rested on his tongue.
Nanami opened his mouth but a voice and footsteps silenced him.
"And what is this supposed to be? Don't tell me Nanamin that you proposed a date to y/n."
Gojo Satoru stood tall in front of them with a mocking smile, next to him was a boy with a serious face.
You didn't understand how he of all people could be so well off.
"Now you also kidnap children? That's low even for you" you said releasing Nanami and standing up to approach the boy.
"Oh yn-chan, don't say those things in front of Megumi-chan, you'll leave him with a bad impression of me."
"Don't worry, I already have it"
You laughed and Gojo gasped indignantly.
The blonde also stood up and had a grim face, he didn't appreciate Gojo's arrival.
He supposed it was for the best that you didn't know about his feelings, after all, you even had your little family without him.
2009. February 18
At twenty years old, life had a bittersweet taste. You were still a sorcerer, you helped Gojo raise the son of the man who gave them immense trauma.
God knows that Fushiguro Megumi had no sin, he was a stubborn and sweet child, he needed help in life. And also Gojo.
But you knew that you weren't Geto's replacement.
You and Shoko were still as close as ever, except now she was working as a doctor and you were still going on missions.
It had been a year since you had seen Nanami, he had left the world of jujutsu and you understood his reasons.
You know well that Haibara's death hit him deep, like everyone else, and you heard from Gojo that he now works in an office, how pathetic.
It was an ordinary and bright day, rarely you didn't have a mission but Gojo did, so he asked you if you could take care of Megumi and his sweet sister Tsumiki.
The children were in their respective classes, so you decided to stop by a bakery to buy sweets. Their school was close to the central area, thanks to the money Gojo spent on them. You had to admit, Gojo really tried for those kids.
You entered and a girl helped you, it was the first time you were there on Gojo's recommendation. The girl was very sweet and friendly, she reminded you of people from the past.
When you were about to pay the bell at the door announced a new buyer, the girl greeted him with familiarity, curiosity got the better of you and you turned around.
You were surprised. Nanami Kento had definitely grown in a year, he was taller and his once thin body was now more muscular, you liked it.
Feeling your gaze, you noticed how his eyes were surprised and you smiled. Some things remain the same.
"Well well, but who do we have here? the second deserter" You joked, elbowing him, up close you could notice how wide he became.
Nanami shook his head and adjusted his tie, feeling nervous out of nowhere, "I've never seen you here. Only Gojo, do you do his shopping now too?"
Ok Nanami didn't want to sound so bitter, the comment slipped out and you could tell his regret so you let it go.
"Actually, I buy for the children, today I take care of them" You said paying, you waited for him to finish his purchase watching the girl's smile towards him and you couldn't help but frown.
You both left the store and stood there, once again your curiosity got the better of you, "So, do you come here often for the sweets or for the girl?"
Nanami was surprised to hear your question, were you jealous of him? It doesn't make sense, after all you were the one who got engaged to someone else.
"If you must know, both."
You nodded, smiling with an undeniable ardor in your heart. You couldn't blame him for moving on with his life, after all, everyone had.
'That's good, I see you moved on from your past life quickly" your comment shouldn't have sounded like that either, it just did, but Nanami didn't let it go.
The blonde man approached you with a frown, this time you couldn't help but feel intimidated by his large figure.
"Which past life? Y/n, i remember all the days, all the missions, all the pain. They took our adolescence from us." You bit the inside of your cheek, and Nanami continued, "You can't blame me for trying to build a new life when you did it first."
Nanami turned to leave but this time you didn't let him, you went around him and stood in front of him. "What the hell are you talking about? Explain yourself"
Nanami snorted and crossed his arms, he looked kind of funny with a baguette in his arms, "You know what I'm talking about."
If there is any god who gives you patience, why were you going to kill this man.
"Stop talking shit and explain yourself, you always do this, say something and walk away. Not this time, tell me what you mean" you said getting closer to him and Nanami didn't back away.
Nanami set his jaw and let out a stressed sigh, "Oh you don't know what I'm talking about, of course. You've cried for Gojo Satoru all your life, you were the one who now has a family with him. You never even considered me and now that I'm moving on and forgetting you, you decide to judge me for it. It's not fair."
You were speechless, you always had the sneaking suspicion that Nanami thought you liked one of your friends, but you never believed that the idiot was capable of thinking that.
"Nanami Kento, you are an idiot."
Nanami was ready to respond, but your lips on his silenced him. Surprised, it took him a second to respond to the kiss, but he quickly followed it, showing how much he wanted you.
""Wait, I can't do this, Gojo is an idiot but he doesn't deserve this."
You couldn't help but laugh, "I never liked Gojo, I always liked you. And I adore the children, but our relationship with Gojo is strictly about them. Our friendship and Shoko's is the last thing we have left, I don't like him. nor me to him"
Those words were a cool summer breeze for him, this time Nanami hugged you, lifting you off the ground, making you laugh.
You separated from him a little and asked about the girl at the bakery.
""I helped her free herself from a curse, her spirit reminds me of him."
You understood who he was talking about and you smiled sadly, hugging him again.
His hug communicated many things. This time he said, "Please be mine."
2017. December 18
Peace reigned in your comfortable home, you were preparing homemade dough to receive your husband with pizza.
Your 3-year-old daughter was sleeping soundly in her room, every so often you checked on her on the monitor that your controlling husband needed. You have to admit that it also helps you do things around the house.
You are still a jujutsu sorcerer, only now you worked more as a teacher since d/n was born.
You usually spent your mornings with the students, d/n in kindergarten or sometimes accompanied you, and your husband worked until it was time to pick her up.
Your husband. It had been 5 years since you got married and it still tickled you to call him that.
In 2013, after being together for 4 years, he surprised you with an romantic dinner and asked you to marry him. The wedding was also very intimate , only the people close to you.
In 2014 you received your little daughter, who was an identical copy of your husband. Everything seemed to have finally fallen into place, you were happy and lived as peacefully as you could.
You smiled, lost in your thoughts, so much so that you didn't feel arms surround your waist, startling you. Behind you, your husband laughed.
"Don't worry, love, I didn't want to scare you." Nanami Kento placed a tickling kiss on your neck, "Is everything okay?"
You sighed contently into his arms, "Yes, I'm sorry, I got lost in my head."
Nanami nodded and went to check on d/n who was starting to wake up. You turned off the pan with your sauce and followed him.
In your daughter's room, there were plenty of toys courtesy of her uncle Gojo and her aunt Shoko, both of them always took care of her on the days when you and Nanami went out to eat.
You opened the door slowly and found your husband with your daughter in his arms, she was always a daddy's girl, and you wouldn't change it for the world.
"How did you behave with mom, honey, okay?" d/n nodded smiling and Nanami left a kiss on her cheek making her explode with laughter, "Of course you behaved well, if you're an angel."
You laughed, denying, making your presence known, d/n saw you and stretched out her arms for you to pick her up, to which you agreed, "An angel who already broke his uncle's third pair of sunglasses"
Kento laughed, "Gojo is literally rich, his only expense is Fushiguro but that kid doesn't bother him"
"Uncle Gojo!! He promised he would bring cookies" D/n said, remembering her uncle's promise.
You and Nanami looked at each other disapprovingly, it was inevitable that Gojo secretly gave the little girl sweets, thousands of times you scolded him for it but he never learns.
"How about after dinner, you finish all your vegetables and I'll see if I can find something sweet for you, how does that sound?" Nanami knew that d/n would never pass up an opportunity like that, he laughed when he saw her celebrating with you.
He approached and hugged them. Something you shared with your daughter was a love for Nanami Kento's hugs.
He placed a kiss on your foreheads and smiled, looking at you warmly, "Thank you."
2018. June 16
Shoko Ieri loved playing with your daughter, she always said that she was very smart for her age, now that she was 4 years old she was more perceptive and you suspected that she could already feel the cursed energy.
You were in Shoko's office until you received a call from Nanami, worrying you since it was work hours.
"Hi baby, everything okay?"
"Gojo called me, offered me a job again."
You talked to him about it many times, but he never wanted to come back. You always knew that the office bored him to death and that his heart was in Jujutsu, so you assumed that Gojo Satoru also perceived the same.
"Well, I don't know what to say, you left me speechless" there was no response from the other side, "Listen Kento, I will support you in whatever you decide. Do what makes you happy, you are an excellent sorcerer and a good person. These children could use a little of your stoic character."
Even on the phone you could feel the smile forming on his lips.
"Thank you my love, we will talk at home. I hope everything turns out well."
2018. October 31
Hearing Itadori's scream was like seeing Gojo lying on the ground again, blood pouring out of his body.
You were quite far away but you could see well.
Nanami Kento, with half of his body burned, without an eye, looked towards where Itadori was, in front of him was Mahito touching him.
The tears were stuck without coming out, you saw Nanami's lips move towards Itadori and your heart crushed.
And what you feared most happened.
You saw it all in the front row, blood splashing, his body destroying itself under Mahito's command.
This time you didn't scream, nor did your tears come out, you were already tired of crying.
Your soul was on fire and there was no one to quench the hatred you felt inside you. Was this what Geto once felt?
You stood still before the scene, you heard Itadori scream again and that was when without realizing it you began to move forward.
Mahito saw you coming after Itadori and smiled macabrely, as if he was proud of what he had done.
"Itadori"
The boy turned around and you could see that the scene had also affected him, you felt his body tremble with anger.
""Together" you announced and the young man nodded with determination, both began to run towards the curse that awaited for you with a smile.
You really didn't know what you were going to tell your daughter, or if Gojo had a plan to stop this madness, or if you were even going to come out alive.
You just knew that you weren't going to let your husband die in vain.
And after finishing Mahito, you were going to travel with d/n to Malaysia.
n/a: I hope you like it, I'm going to make a version for Geto and Toji for sure.

Desert Rose Chapter 41: Brotherly Bonding
✨Taste Test👩‍🍳✨
Ingredients: Smut, With a little bit of smut, with a dash of fluff, and more smut. (Polyamorous )
~
The movie had just started when Megumi took his first hit of the bong, pointing it to you, “Want some?”
You nodded your head, “Megumi help?”
It was easy for him to shotgun the hit to you before but now he was in the presence of others. He suddenly felt a little shy. “Oh~, yeah let me pack it.”
“Do you not know how to hit it?” Yuuji questioned.
You shook your head while taking off your mask, you tossed it on the table, it seemed you were comfortable with Junpei, that was good.
“No… it Uh ow…” You point at your throat.
Yuuji seemed to understand what you were saying, “Yeah it’s harsh for me too, what do you do?”
“Megumi do it.”
Well, shit- now everyone was looking at him. “I just shotgun it to her.”
“What’s that? Can you do it for me?”
“COUGH- aCoufh!” Megumi began to cough hitting his chest repeatedly, the hit he was going to give you leaving his lungs while Junpei laughed.
Sukuna nodded his head toward Junpei, “You should do it for him.”
Junpei stopped laughing as Yuuji looked at him excitedly, “Would you?”
“Uh…” He was blushing hard, “I- maybe you should watch them do it first… you might not want me to do it…”
Yuuji furrowed his brows while watching Megumi pull another hit. He didn’t understand why Junpei- oooh! Realization hit him when he watched Megumi and your lips touch, the smoke twirling from his mouth to yours. You leaned back and then blew the smoke while Megumi passed the bong and lighter to Junpei.
“Oh~ so that’s a shotgun.”
“Yeah see? It’s okay if you don’t-“
“I do!”

REI!!!
we all know yuji's a movie buff, but does he have a favorite commercial? why is it his favorite?
are there any foods kirishima refuses to eat? does bakugo tease him for it?
OMFG these are l such great questions 😂
I had to think about this for a hot minute! Cause I know Yuuji would be like me quoting vines, his favorite commercials just in constant rotation cause they live in his brain rent free. We throw on the 90s/00s commercials YouTube compilation more often than we should. If I had to narrow it down, his favorite would be either Moon Shoes or the Orbit Gum commercial about the dirty mouth test where that lady calls the other a lint licker. 🤣 He just thinks they’re hilarious, like he’ll walk into a room and hop going “Moon Shoes!” Lmao
Oh boy, between the three of us, I’m sure to be the pickiest one, but Katsuki’s real sneaky about making sure we both eat somewhat healthily. Something about broccoli and cauliflower makes Kirishima feel adverse to it, even though he’s a health nut like Katsuki and knows it’s good for him. He just can’t get past the taste/texture! So Katsuki will sneak it into sauces or blend it into other things so that he can’t taste it. Kirishima never questions whatever Katsuki makes for dinner and trusts him!

Yo, we're back—Shibuya Swap Wednesday #12 ✨
I didn't post anything last week, partly because I didn't register it was Wednesday until the day was half over, and by then, I was pissed at fandom and god anyway. After finishing the surprisingly long itaokko fic, I've turned to the final part of this: alt!Gojou/alt!Yuuji.
The entire fic is currently at 118k and 21 chapters. My outline covers 3 more chapters, though that number isn't set in stone.
Tumblr media
“This what you wanted?” Yuuji asks, two hands cupping Satoru’s face and the other two gripping his waist—twin prisons. “Am I taking responsibility, Satoru?”
Satoru opens his mouth, but all that comes out is a needy whine.
Yuuji licks it out of his mouth, kissing him tongue-first. Satoru chokes on it, which isn’t his finest moment, but Yuuji just kisses him deeper, filthier, like he’s painting the insides of Satoru’s mouth with his tongue. A wet taste floods him, drowning out the dull aftertaste of the candy he ate between classes. Yuuji takes all of it and fills Satoru up with his taste and heat, and it doesn’t really feel like a kiss, just two-way consumption.
Satoru writhes against Yuuji, pawing at his shoulders and grinding their groins together. He can’t feel shit through his pants and the metal cage, but Yuuji should be able to. Satoru wants him to. It’s not fair he’s the only burning.
Yuuji’s mouth eases its assault, pulling back to suck soft and wet on Satoru’s lip. His primary pair of eyes are closed, but the two underneath are dark slits, spilling red heat. Satoru sucks in a shuddering breath—and immediately has it punched out of him by the fingers digging into his sides, unerringly finding a pair of bruises through the clothes. They pulse painfully under the pressure, and Yuuji hums, the vibrations lapping at Satoru’s lip.
He tries to yank his face away and do…something, maybe complain or just fucking breathe, but Yuuji’s hands tighten on either side of his face, keeping him there against a mouth that opens wider to claim Satoru in searing heat.
Yuuji’s other hands move, sliding back down to Satoru’s hips and then up again, under his clothes this time.
Warm, calloused palms stroke bruised flesh.
Satoru moans.
Yuuji swallows that too, the wet seal of his mouth as greedy as it’s hot, and his hands are even greedier, their knuckles straining against the inside of Satoru’s shirt as Yuuji tries to touch him all along his torso. The uniform is a tight fit, tailored to his body with only enough give to allow free movement, and Yuuji’s large, careless hands test the fabric’s limits. They test Satoru’s flesh too, nails scraping and calluses dragging along sensitized skin.
The limited range of movement doesn’t seem to stop Yuuji from touching Satoru with all kinds of pressure. Fingertips skimming skin, nails teasing bruises. Firmer touches, with the entire palms pressed to Satoru’s helplessly tensing stomach. They stray to the sides sometimes, barely grazing skin one moment and gripping bruisingly tight the next. And Yuuji always seems to know where the marks are, grinding his knuckles into bruises or scraping the scabs open.
All pain, like gentle fire.
Yuuji’s other hands hold Satoru in place, a fist in his hair and another at his back, guiding and grounding, except Satoru doesn’t feel guided or grounded, only trapped.
Satoru can’t focus on the kiss, his mouth open and slack for Yuuji to plunder. It’s stupid. He’s kept his wits about him through violations a hundred times more intense, but something about being sat on Yuuji’s desk while being kissed and groped like Yuuji wants tear him apart by the fistful and eat every piece scatters his thoughts and consumes his body. He writhes mindlessly against Yuuji, touching hair and skin and fabric. The soft fabric of the jinbei doesn’t offer much purchase, and Yuuji doesn’t even react to Satoru’s hands and nails in his hair or along his skin. His mouth is hot and relentless, all tongue and teeth and wet filth.
When the taste of iron stains the kiss, Satoru doesn’t even know who’s bleeding.
He breaks away from Yuuji’s mouth, turning his head to the side and panting, but with his eyes unshielded, there’s no escaping the look on Yuuji’s face—the many-eyed hunger making him monstrous and beautiful.
Blunt nails dig into the worst of the bruises on Satoru’s belly, growing sharper as they scrape. Skin splits open, wetting Yuuji’s claws.
“Sensei!” Satoru gasps, jolting from the sting.
“Sorry,” Yuuji says, and he seems to mean it, eyes wide and wary. The claws are gone the next moment, but the soft fingers that rub over the blood, smearing it on Satoru’s stomach, aren’t any less cruel.
Satoru looks down.
He bites his lip against whatever noises want to escape. Misshapen bulges are pushing at his uniform from the inside, moving and changing with Yuuji’s touches. There’s no bloodstain; they’re just shallow cuts, and Yuuji’s painted Satoru’s skin with it anyway. He can feel it drying. The cuts still bleed, but it’s sluggish, and Yuuji’s hands are there, stroking the cuts—flashes of heat, more perverse than painful.
There’s something so dirty about this. Yuuji’s hands under his clothes. The shapes the knuckles make.
“Take it off,” Satoru demands. “Fuck me.”
“You have class soon,” Yuuji says without stopping his touches, groping the wounds he made. “You haven’t eaten yet, have you?”
“Who the hell cares?”
“I do.”
“Yuuji—”
Yuuji takes one of his hands out from under Satoru’s clothes. It’s smeared in blood—not a lot and mostly just along the four fingers. Thin streaks with skin showing underneath. Satoru whimpers when Yuuji sucks the first into his mouth; by the fourth, he’s grinding against Yuuji’s groin and the desk like the goddamn paper under his ass will fuck him stupid if he just rubs it well enough.
He’s got better luck making the paper grow a dick than getting Yuuji to fuck him through his desk, that’s for sure. Satoru knows that glint in his teacher’s eye.
He still opens his mouth like a whore when Yuuji brings his other bloody hand to Satoru’s mouth, feeding him two fingers all the way to the last knuckle. He sucks, his spit wetting the half-dried streaks of blood. He swallows; Yuuji’s fingers massage his tongue, crooked to tease his gag reflex without setting it off. It feels like a reward.
Satoru sucks those fingers clean and the next two too, and under his clothes, the fresh cuts throb to the pulse of his caged cock.
Yuuji takes the fingers out, and Satoru pants, his mouth open and tongue numb. At least Yuuji’s staring like he’d like to fill it up with something else. Satoru can feel that interest against his crotch, and when he looks down, there’s a telltale bulge between Yuuji’s legs.
He tightens his legs around Yuuji, rolling his hips against that bulge.
Yuuji shudders, his newly clean hands gripping the desk’s edge. The wood creaks. His other two hands are infinitely gentler on Satoru, but that restraint is its own threat.
Satoru swallows a noise when Yuuji uncurls his fist to slide his fingers along Satoru’s scalp, like an impromptu massage. Pleasure slinks down his spine, raising every hair on the way.
Yuuji’s palm curves along the back of Satoru’s skull, just holding him.
“Yuuji,” Satoru rasps, barely biting back a plea.
“Behave, Satoru,” Yuuji says. “We’re feeding you.”
“What, my own blood? I’m not the cannibal here!”
Yuuji’s fingers twitch against his scalp and back. Below, the wood creaks some more.
“If we make a feast out of you,” Yuuji says, his voice low and eerily steady, “you won’t be the one eating.”
Satoru’s traitorous body responds with a shudder that has him arching into Yuuji, pressing their groins tighter together. He digs his fingers into Yuuji’s shoulders, leaning in close, and Yuuji’s expression is still hungry, of course it is, but it’s nothing different from how he’s been looking at Satoru this entire time, and that says something, doesn’t it?
“Do it then,” Satoru sneers against that politely sealed maw. “Fuckin’ eat me.”
Yuuji blinks placidly. “Later. Let’s feed you first.”
“Oh, come on—”
“You’re lucky I keep a stash of sweets here.” Yuuji’s already pulling out the desk drawer and rooting around, the damning intensity gone from his face and voice like it’d never existed. “Though I keep it for you, so I guess luck isn’t really the—ah, got it!”
Yuuji triumphantly holds up a fistful of chocolate bars and candy, and it’s suffocatingly cute how he’s grinning at Satoru.
“I really hate you sometimes,” Satoru tells him.
Yuuji nods along, clearly more preoccupied opening a bar with his teeth. It tears open with a sharp noise, and then Yuuji seems to remember that he’s got an overabundance of arms, peeling it open properly.
He waves the half-naked bar at Satoru, who scowls and opens his mouth.
Yuuji grins wider—and takes a big bite.
“Hey—”
The kiss is sudden, more forceful than violent. The tongue that pries his lips open tastes of chocolate, and the flavor only grows darker and richer the next moment when Yuuji pushes the bite he took into Satoru’s mouth.
Yuuji mouths at his jaw, smearing chocolate on his skin, while Satoru chews and swallows. He’s not surprised when Yuuji brings the bar to his own mouth again, and this time, he’s prepared for the lips that feed him, sucking on Yuuji’s tongue before it can slip out of his mouth. He accidentally swallows the chocolate too, but the way Yuuji laughs and kisses him a little deeper and sweeter is worth that mild indignity.
Yuuji feeds him the rest of the bar that way, and in between, he leaves sticky sweet kisses along Satoru’s face, from jaw to temple.
“That’s not enough, right?” Yuuji asks after the last bite, his lips moving against Satoru’s cheek. “You’re a growing boy.”

Note
each week more and more conviced kenjaku would have been an insufferable mother if they stuck around to raise yuuji.
Oh yeah definitely. He would have to go through everything Sukuna has to suffer through. Just constantly having Kenjaku breathing down his neck, judging his every move. Maybe a bit more toxicly affectionate than with Sukuna, but still helicopter parent mode. Not to mention the random cursed objects he'd have to eat to test out his capabilities or modification of his body.
On the plus side, I think Kenjaku would tell really good good-night stories and they could watch comedy shows together. Kenjaku taking apart and judging every comedy skit might be a bit tiring, but overall they seem to have a similar taste there. Same goes for movies.

Clearing out my drafts - thoughts on Todo Aoi
We talk a lot about Sukuna and Gojo's love language being through violence - they can only find connection with sorcerers on their level. [link that]
But,,, Todo seems to be the same way.
Unless you answer his riddle and pass the test, then maybe he won't beat you up.
Todo would have learned this from Yuki (along with judging people by their type, of course).
The scar on his face is from her intense training.
Yuki may have been his first encounter with someone who could also see curses, but I don't know. His childhood memory focused more on beating up boring people and being bored with that until she came along.
When Yuuji was proving to match his energy, then Todo kept getting the same premonition about him (I also believe Yuki and Todo to be half-siblings, Kenjaku as their father unbeknownst to any of them, but I won't insist that it's canon... More like a crack theory, but it's real to me).
Todo seems to take Gojo's path - teaching others to raise them up to his level. I guess you might say the same thing about Yuki. And Yuki might have learned that to be strong is the only way to be your own person, since she was a star plasma vessel who avoided being erased (as Yaga describes it) by merging with Tengen. She continued to go off the rails, not taking missions (as one of only three, or later two, special grade sorcerers) and I feel like Todo really took after her. Kicking out the door to walk away from Gakuganji's plot so he can watch live TV - and no one dares to stop him.
Honestly though, I got the same vibe from Sukuna - he was bonding with Megumi, telling him to put more curse behind it, making sense of his fighting style and shikigami technique... It felt like Sukuna was making a friend or becomig a teacher while Todo was out to kill him.
Todo just cried about how Megumi was boring for not having a superficial type, and didn't bother to teach (iirc, he only gave Yuuji advice on jujutsu for having the same taste in women, before that he was just brutal).
Another thing Todo inherited from Yuki is the way they show up, right after something terrible happens that they could have prevented. Maybe they're too deep in the habit of living on their own schedules, by their own whim. It seems like the feeling of guilt or responsibility never crosses their minds, while characters like Yuuji, Megumi, Choso feel it for things that weren't their fault, they couldn't have known better or have a better choice available.

Kazuya Tokugawa Tenigo Episodes - Story Translation
Tumblr media
[Improvement Level 1 - Episode 1]
Tumblr media
Tokugawa: (…It’s surprisingly crowded. Now, where to sit…)
Gakuto: EAT IT!
Yuushi: I’m not going to.
Tokugawa: (Mm… that’s… Mukahi-kun and Oshitari-kun from Hyotei.)
Tokugawa: (Is he a picky eater, even at his age?)
Gakuto: This natto I made’s way better than the last one, Yuushi!
Yuushi: No. Absolutely not. I’d rather not even hear the word “natto” for the rest of my life.
Gakuto: Just give it a try first and then you can say if it’s nasty!
Yuushi: I don’t need to try it to say that. It’s natto.
Gakuto: Just listen to me! I’m telling you this one’s good!
Yuushi: *sigh*… And I’m telling you that I don’t like it, so give it a rest.
Gakuto: JUST—EAT IT—FOR ME!
Yuushi: *sigh*, good lord. You’re getting way too heated over this.
Yuushi: …Nice dining with you. Bye, Gakuto.
Gakuto: Ah! He’s running away! Dammit, dammit, Yuushi!
Tokugawa: Mukahi-kun.
Gakuto: Aghh! …Wha, Tokugawa-senpai!
Tokugawa: May I sit with you?
Gakuto: Yeah, that’s fine.
Tokugawa: I’m also sorry to hear what happened between you and Oshitari-kun.
Tokugawa: Do you make your own natto, Mukahi-kun?
Gakuto: I do! I like any kind of natto, but I was wondering if I could make my own delicious natto.
Tokugawa: How very interesting.
Gakuto: For this one, I made it to where it doesn’t smell as much, so that people who don’t even like natto could eat it!
Gakuto: I just want Yuushi to realize how good natto really is…
Gakuto: One of my goals is to make natto that even Yuushi can eat!
Tokugawa: I’m intrigued. If you ever want someone to taste test, I’d be happy to volunteer.
Gakuto: Yeah, most definitely!
[Improvement Level 1 - Episode 2]
Tumblr media
Gakuto: So, Tokugawa-senpai, you like natto too?
Tokugawa: Yes. I love Japanese cuisine, especially natto.
Tokugawa: But I’ve never considered making it… Perhaps if I made it by hand, it would broaden the flavor.
Gakuto: That’s right! You can make it taste as strong or weak as you want it to be!
Gakuto: But when it comes to flavors, there’s so many ways you can change it up!
Tokugawa: True. Adding something simple such as seaweed or green onion is delicious.
Tokugawa: I would also recommend adding shrimp to it.
Gakuto: I like adding crab stick to mine. Adding sesame oil also changes up the flavor too!
Tokugawa: Hm, I’ve never heard of combining those before. I’ll try it next time.
Gakuto: It’s really good, I really recommend it! And if you want it more sticky, you can add in okra.
Tokugawa: Yes, okra is delicious.
Gakuto: Or—
Yuuji: Wait a minute!!!
Gakuto: Hm?
Tokugawa: …Shitenhoji’s Hitouji-kun.
Yuuji: “Okra is delicious”… that’s all you can say!? Oh no, no, no. You don’t know anything about okra.
Yuuji: First of all, okra is rich in nutrients! It contains vitamins, carotene, folic acid, calcium, and even dietary fiber!
Yuuji: It’s effective in preventing summer fatigue, and boosts your gastrointestinal system!
Yuuji: Plus, even though you can add it to a dish, just boiling or cutting up already makes it a dish!
Tokugawa: …True. Okra is delicious both alone and combined with other ingredients.
Tokugawa: It very well may be a versatile food that is both nutritious and delicious.
Yuuji: You seem to get it, Tokugawa-san! I think I might’ve misjudged you till now.
Yuuji: You’re a pretty nice guy!
Gakuto: What were you even misjudging him about till now?
Yuuji: If he didn’t like okra, I wouldn’t like him.
Gakuto: Are you serious, just over that…
[Improvement Level 1 - Episode 3]
Tumblr media
Gakuto: Now that you mention it, both natto and okra have a lot of potential~
Tokugawa: Nutrition, compatibility with other ingredients, taste… they excel in all aspects.
Yuuji: Those two go great together with the high potential they both have.
Tokugawa: …Right. There’s also another ingredient that would go well with them both.
Gakuto: Huhh, what is it!?
Tokugawa: Tororo.
Yuuji: Ah~, that stuff’s so good!
Gakuto: It’s sticky too!
Tokugawa: Yes. These three have a high affinity with one another.
Tokugawa: All three are considered sticky, but they each have different qualities about them.
Tokugawa: The stickiness of each one matches, however, and although they have different flavors, they would blend well together and wouldn’t clash.
Tokugawa: They’re a very compatible combination.
Kaidoh: …Fshhhhh.
Tokugawa: Hm? What is it, Kaidoh-kun.
Kaidoh: …Well, I just heard you mention tororo and I couldn’t help but be interested.
Yuuji: Oh… Well, let’s hear it. What’re you gonna yammer about.
Gakuto: What, “yammer”, seriously?
Kaidoh: I think soba noodles go best with tororo.
Kaidoh: The chewy soba noodles smothered in the fluffy yam are the best.
Kaidoh: It’s easy to eat even when your appetite is low in the summer, and tororo itself is nutritious. It’s perfect when combined with the nutrients of soba.
Tokugawa: There are many dishes that use tororo, but tororo soba certainly is delicious.
Gakuto: Soba mixed with natto would be really good, too!
Yuuji: Espcially if you added okra in it! …Huh, now that I actually think about it…
Tokugawa: Yes. Natto, okra and tororo mixed together would be delicious.
Gakuto: Ooh! That’d be a super sticky soba!
Yuuji: Each one joining hand-in-hand and combining to create an exquisitely sticky harmony…
Kaidoh: …That doesn’t sound bad. It actually sounds kinda good!
Tokugawa: And just like those ingredients, let us join hands and aim for the top.
Gakuto: Right!
Yuuji: We’re all in this together!
Kaidoh: …Fshhh.
Irie: (Wow, I listened to all of that from beginning to end and have no idea what’s so exciting about any of it…)
Irie: (But I’m glad Tokugawa-kun’s enjoying it.)
[Improvement Level 2 - Episode 1]
Tumblr media
Kabaji: …
Tokugawa: (…Is Kabaji-kun looking at a book about yachts…?)
Tokugawa: (Could he like them as well? …I’ll ask him and see.)
Tokugawa: …Kabaji-kun.
Kabaji: ?
Tokugawa: Do you go yachting too, by chance?
Kabaji: …No.
Tokugawa: …I see. Then do you like yachts?
Kabaji: …Bottle ships.
Tokugawa: Bottle ships?
Kabaji: …I’m wanting to make another bottle ship.
Tokugawa: …Oh. So you were looking at yachts as a reference.
Kabaji: Yes.
Tokugawa: Do you make bottle ships often, Kabaji-kun?
Kabaji: Yes.
Tokugawa: Hm… that’s very interesting. Could you show me your works?
Kabaji: …Yes… I have a photo.
Tokugawa: Yes, that’s fine.
Tokugawa: …Oh, that’s very detailed. You seem very skilled at it.
Kabaji: Right.
Tokugawa: May I see some other photos, perhaps?
Kabaji: Yes.
Tokugawa: Wow… So you’ve made a whole collection of different bottle ships. They all look magnificent.
Kabaji: …Thank you very much.
Tokugawa: If you ever decide to create one of a yacht, I would love to see it. Truth be told, I like yachts.
Kabaji: …Right. A yacht…
Tokugawa: (What’s this…? He’s looking at that book of yachts again…)
Kabaji: …The next one I’ll make will be a yacht.
Tokugawa: ! Really!?
Kabaji: …Yes.
Tokugawa: Actually, Kabaji-kun, if you don’t mind, would you like to come with me and see the real thing?
Tokugawa: There’s a place nearby that rents out a variety of yachts.
Kabaji: Yes… I would like that.
Tokugawa: Good. Let us be off, then.
[Improvement Level 2 - Episode 2]
Tumblr media
Kabaji: …
Tokugawa: There are many different kinds of yachts. In truth… there are two main types: dinghies and cruisers.
Tokugawa: Dinghies hold one to two people, and cruisers are for much larger groups.
Tokugawa: If I’m not mistaken, you have ridden on a cruiser with Atobe-kun before, correct?
Kabaji: …Yes.
Tokugawa: In our case, we could try a dinghy… or, if you’re up to it, even a single-handed dinghy…
Tokugawa: Or maybe not, it may be difficult to do it today.
Kabaji: …Um.
Tokugawa: Yes?
Kabaji: …Why don’t we just not worry about anything and go for a ride?
Tokugawa: Oh… well, it’s just…
Kurobane: Hm? Oh, it’s Tokugawa-san… and Kabaji!?
Tokugawa: You’re… Kurobane-kun and Amane-kun.
Amane: It’s nice to sea you out here! Pft…
Kurobane: Hey! David!!
*whack!*
Amane: OW!!! Bane-san, that jump kick really smarts when you’re that close!
Tokugawa: Energetic, I see.
Kurobane: Sorry about David. Never expected to see you two together, what’s the occasion?
Tokugawa: We came to check out the yachts to see if it would help Kabaji-kun with the bottleship he plans on making.
Kurobane: Kabaji and bottle ships!? I didn’t expect him to be into that. So you’re gonna ride one, then?
Tokugawa: No, I had considered it, but we’ll just look at them today.
Kurobane: Huh!? Then that just means you came here for nothin’!
Kurobane: If you’re okay with teaching us, then we can give it a try! Right, David!?
Amane: Are you trying to pier pressure me!?
Kurobane: Daviiiiid~?
Amane: Bane-san, please just let me have this one!
Tokugawa: Very well… I suppose I can ask if there’s any yachts we can use.
[Improvement Level 2 - Episode 3]
Tumblr media
Tokugawa: Unfortunately, the only one available has a very short rental time…
Amane: Nothing we can do about that…
Kurobane: Ah, well, we can just watch you drive it around then, Tokugawa-san!
Tokugawa: You’re all okay with being unable to ride?
Kabaji: …I’m okay… with just watching.
Tokugawa: I see… Well then, I will take your word for it and give it a go.
Kurobane: Have fun out there!
Tokugawa: …I’m sorry that only I was able to enjoy it.
Kurobane: Oh, it’s no big deal! It was really cool just watching you, too!
Amane: Did you have a yacht of fun?
Kurobane: …
Amane: Bane-san, timeout!
Amane: It was really cool watching you.
Kabaji: …Right!
Tokugawa: …Thank you. I do feel a bit embarrassed hearing all that, though…
Tokugawa: Oh, come to think of it, why did you two come to the beach?
Kurobane: To do stuff at the beach.
Kurobane: But the water’s too cold to take a dip in, and it’ll be too cold to do fireworks at night…
Kurobane: Oh, that’s right! I heard there’s a cave over that way.
Tokugawa: A cave…
Kurobane: Since we came all this way to the beach, we should have as much fun as we can! So, why don’t we all go exploring?
Tokugawa: Sure, I’m fine with it. How about you, Kabaji-kun?
Kabaji: …Yes.
Kurobane: Okay, cool, let’s go!
Tumblr media
Tokugawa: …Quite an interesting place.
Kurobane: Yeah! It has the same cool vibes as a solutional cave, and we managed to catch some fish and shellfish.
Amane: This is a nice beach.
Tokugawa: Yes, it’s reminding me of my childhood.
Kabaji: …Tokugawa-san.
Tokugawa: Yes?
Kabaji: Thank you… very much.
Kabaji: …Me coming here… has really boosted my creative drive…
Tokugawa: Is that so? I’m glad I could help.
Tokugawa: I’m really looking forward to seeing the finished product.
Kabaji: Right…!
[Improvement Level 3 - Episode 1]
Tumblr media
Tokugawa: (Oh… the television’s showing a special feature on winter sports… Is it that time of year already?)
Fuji: Hey, check it out. That looks fun.
Kikumaru: Hm? Whoa, snowboarding! That looks so fun!
Oishi: Oh, winter sports. Seasonal sports are pretty cool, aren’t they.
Fuji: Now I’m in the mood to actually do it.
Tokugawa: You all like winter sports as well?
Fuji: Yes, I do.
Tokugawa: I see… I actually enjoy snowboarding myself.
Fuji: Oh, yeah? Well, for me, I like them all.
Tokugawa: Hm. Well, we could do them together… at least I’d want to, but… it would be difficult due to the current weather.
Fuji: Yeah, that’s true… what a shame.
Gakuto: I heard you guys!
Kikumaru: Whoa, Mukahi!? Where’d you come from!?
Gakuto: Winter sports… and you like snowboarding!
Gakuto: Well don’t lose hope, there’s something similar you could try!
Oishi: And what would that be?
Gakuto: Hehehh, how about skateboarding!?
Fuji: Skateboarding… is that even a winter sport…?
Gakuto: Well, that doesn’t really matter. Just give it a try and have fun! Now let’s go skateboarding!
Kikumaru: Yeah, yeahhhh! I wanna give it a try!!
Gakuto: ‘Kay, it’s decided! And as long as you don’t get hurt, it could even boost your tennis skills!
Gakuto: Oh, and you’re gonna do it too, Tokugawa-san! Alright, see ya later!
Tokugawa: …He swept in like a storm.
Fuji: Yeah… we basically got voluntold to do it.
Oishi: I’m more concerned about the “as long as you don’t get hurt” part…
[Improvement Level 3 - Episode 2]
Tumblr media
Gakuto: See, the fact that they even have boards here at the training camp means that it’s useful for tennis training!
Tokugawa: Is that so…?
Fuji: Well, let’s just roll with it.
Gakuto: Okay, first, you’ll start with how you’re gonna ride it. Which foot will you keep on the board, left or right?
Gakuto: Once you know which one, then you go like… this!
Fuji: The way you’re teaching is…
Gakuto: Mmm… and then turn your foot this way?
Gakuto: Then you kick off with your other foot, like this.
Tokugawa: …Did you understand that, Fuji-kun?
Fuji: Nope, not at all…
Kikumaru: Hoi, hoiiii~! Hey Mukahi, is this what you mean?
Gakuto: Oh, not bad, Kikumaru!
Tokugawa: …Kikumaru’s doing wonderfully.
Fuji: Yeah, I figured since he’s really athletic.
Kikumaru: Hey, Mukahi! Teach me how to do a trick!
Gakuto: Yeah, I got you! But you’ll have to wait a bit.
Gakuto: Alrighty then, you give it a try, Tokugawa-senpai, Fuji!
Tokugawa: …Like this?
Gakuto: Oh, dang, lookin’ good!
Fuji: …Huh!
Gakuto: Nice, nice.
Fuji: Whoa…
Fuji: …Nope. This isn’t gonna work.
Gakuto: Really? I thought you were doing pretty good.
Fuji: I’m just more used to snowboarding, and this isn’t really doing it for me.
Tokugawa: Quite right, Fuji-kun. There’s a big difference between snow and concrete, plus the distance between your feet makes it very difficult as well.
Fuji: Yeah. But maybe with a little more practice, I could pull it off…
Tokugawa: Yes. It will require getting used to.
Gakuto: Yeah, I get that!
Fuji: Tokugawa-san’s pretty tall too, I think that board’s too small for him.
Tokugawa: That’s true… Perhaps there’s a bigger board I could use…
Gakuto: …It’s usually those big foreign athletes that ride on the bigger boards, though…
Kikumaru: It’s fine, Mukahi!
Gakuto: Don’t pat me on the shoulder!
[Improvement Level 3 - Episode 3]
Tumblr media
Tokugawa: …I think I’m starting to get the hang of this skateboarding.
Fuji: Right.
Gakuto: Both of you are riding pretty good now!
Gakuto: Oh, yeah! We should go somewhere that’s easier to do tricks!
Gakuto: It’ll be better over here and we can go faster since there’s a hill!
Kikumaru: Whoa, cool! Let’s do it!
Tokugawa: Yes, let’s be off.
Gakuto: Okay, let’s keep moving! Just follow me, ‘kay.
Kikumaru: Okie dokie!
Tokugawa: There is a big difference in speed with the hill.
Fuji: Yeah. It’s more fun this way.
Gakuto: Moonsault!
Kikumaru: Kikumaru Beam!
Tokugawa: …It would be even more fun if we could do what they’re doing.
Fuji: Eheh… Well, we might have to change our tennis style first.
Tokugawa: Hm… perhaps I should add that Moonsault to my repertoire.
Fuji: …
Tokugawa: I’m joking.
Fuji: …So even you can make jokes, Tokugawa-san.
Tumblr media
Gakuto: Ooh, this place looks great!
Tokugawa: I’m afraid not. We’d be a hindrance to those passing by.
Gakuto: Ngh…
Tokugawa: Besides, we’ve definitely had our share of fun now. I think it’s about time we call it quits, anyway.
Tokugawa: I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. So thank you for inviting me, Mukahi-kun.
Fuji: I had fun, too. Thank you.
Gakuto: Well, glad to hear it!
Kikumaru: Welp, how about we go for one more round!
Gakuto: Sounds good! Let’s go!!
Fuji: Fufu, man those two sure are energetic.
Tokugawa: Heh… yes, they certainly are.

Shiraishi: Tezuka-kun, can I sit here?
Tezuka: Yes, I don’t mind.
Shiraishi: Man, I was really going at it all morning.
Tezuka: Since they had us do practice matches.
Shiraishi: But I’m glad I got to do it with you, Tezuka-kun. I learned a lot from you.
Tezuka: I feel the same way with you.
Kintarou: Ah! Your food looks so good, Shiraishi! Gimme a bite of it, too!!
Ryoma: Why don’t you just get your own, Kintarou.
Shiraishi: Kin-chan, Echizen-kun! C’mon, sit here.
Kintarou: Okay, thanks!
Ryoma: Thanks.
Shiraishi: …Dude, Kin-chan, don’t just take my food as soon as you sit down!
Kintarou: Don’t be stingy, Shiraishi!
Tezuka: …You two were on the courts all morning as well.
Ryoma: Yep. We got to do practice matches.
Shiraishi: Oh! By the way, I heard something happened during it…
Tumblr media
Tokugawa: Echizen-kun. You like this, don’t you?
Ryoma: Grape Ponta… but why?
Tokugawa: It was given to me, but I normally don’t drink soda…
Tokugawa: And then I remembered you liked it.
Ryoma: I can have it?
Tokugawa: Yes, of course.
Ryoma: Thanks.
Kintarou: Ah! Why does Koshimae only get one, that’s not fair!! I want some juice too!!
Tokugawa: I’m sorry… that was all I had.
Kintarou: I want some! I want some!
Ryoma: Too bad, Kintarou.
Kintarou: Let’s play a match then, Koshimae, and the winner gets that juice!!
Ryoma: No.
Kintarou: Grrr~~! Fine then, Mister Tokugawa, let’s have a match!
Tokugawa: Okay then… if you can beat me, I’ll go buy you some juice.
Kintarou: Really!? Let’s do it then!! This is great, I get to play tennis and get juice!
Ryoma: Tokugawa-san, let’s have a go too.
Tokugawa: You’ll have to wait your turn.
Shiraishi: …Judging by what I’ve heard, you’re pretty good friends with him, aren’t you?
Tezuka: So that’s what happened?
Shiraishi: I know he helps you guys out now and again, and he sets a good example…
Shiraishi: But he’s a little too serious and I’m not sure that it’s a good thing, I worry about it.
Ryoma: Shiraishi-san, you don’t—
Shiraishi: ?
Ryoma: Whatever, forget it.
Shiraishi: Anyway you two, make sure not to strain yourselves, okay?
Kintarou: We weren’t! And Mister Tokugawa is a really nice guy!
Kintarou: After we played a match, he bought me a juice!
Shiraishi: I know, but I just…
Shiraishi: *sigh*… Y’know what, never mind. I guess I’ll have to find Tokugawa-san and properly thank him for what he did…
Tezuka: He helps out Echizen too, so I’ll come along with you.

Tanegashima: Hey, so get this: during one of the off days, I saw Tokugawa being all cute with those kiddos.
Tanegashima: He’s been really pushing himself, hasn’t he? Will he be okay?
Oni: What do you mean?
Tanegashima: Even on his days off, he practices hard all day long…
Tanegashima: It makes me worried seeing how he almost works himself to the bone…
Tanegashima: I mean you guys have told him it’s important to rest too, haven’t you?
Irie: Not much else we can do, he’s persistent, that one.
Oni: He’s just trying to move closer to his goal. Let him be.
Tanegashima: Mmm… Well, okay then, if you guys say so.
Irie: Oh, speak of the devil…
Tanegashima: Oh yeah, there he is.
Tumblr media
Kintarou: Hey, Mister Tokugawa! Let’s play another match!
Tokugawa: Do you know how many matches we’ve done now… I’ve had quite enough. I’m off to do a training session.
Kintarou: Huh, meanie! Meanie, meanie, meanie, meanie!
Tokugawa: We can do it again tomorrow.
Kintarou: Yeah, tomorrow! But we can do it today, too!
Ryoma: You’re being really selfish, Kintarou. Plus, you interrupted our practice the other day.
Kintarou: ‘Cause it looked liked you two were having a lot of fun! I wanted to join in, too!
Tokugawa: …All right. If you can beat me in my strength training regimen, I’ll consider having another match with you.
Kintarou: Really!? It’s a promise then! Let’s hurry and get to training~!
Tanegashima: Wow☆ What do we have here?
Irie: It seems he’s gotten some little brothers now, and it appears that he enjoys looking after them.
Oni: To think that Tokugawa would get some little brothers…
Irie: Huh? Oni, you’re getting a little misty-eyed, aren’t you?
Oni: No… it’s sweat!
Tanegashima: Hmmm? Well, I think it’s pretty nice.
Tanegashima: It’s interesting to see Tokugawa playing the role of a big brother, plus it must be a nice break from it all.
Irie: …Yes, I’m very glad.
Oni: Right.

Ryoma: Hah!
Tokugawa: Hm… not a bad course there.
Ryoma: …Same to you!
Ryoga: …
Ryoma: Thank you very much.
Tokugawa: I had to put in a bit of effort this time. You truly are getting stronger, day by day.
Ryoma: Naturally! Let’s do this again sometime.
Tokugawa: I look forward to it.
Ryoma: Right. Welp, see ya.
Tumblr media
Ryoga: Yo, Ryoma. Nice work out there. Here.
Ryoma: Something’s up if you came to give me a Ponta.
Ryoga: Oh c’mon, don’t act like that when your dear big brother’s trying to be nice.
Ryoma: Hmm?
Ryoga: By the way, I just saw you practicing with Tokugawa, what’s the details on him?
Ryoma: Wouldn’t you know more than I do?
Ryoga: Well, I wanna hear it from your point-of-view.
Ryoma: …Not much, what you see is what you get, right?
Ryoma: He’s got hard work written in his DNA.
Ryoma: Plus he’s pretty hard to beat.
Ryoma: Try it and you’ll see.
Ryoga: Hmm? You speak pretty highly of him.
Ryoma: Welp, I’ll be going.
Ryoga: Wow, talk about cold.
Ryoga: …Kazuya Tokugawa, huh.

Tokugawa: Huff… huff…
Tokugawa: (…Next is sit-ups.)
Tokugawa: Huff… huff…
Sanada: ! …Nice job.
Tokugawa: …Right.
Sanada: …
Tokugawa: Huff… huff…
Sanada: …
Tokugawa: Phew…
Sanada: Tokugawa-senpai. May I have a moment?
Tokugawa: Yes, what is it.
Sanada: About the strength training regimen you’re doing…
Sanada: It’s different than the one we were assigned… It appears to be quite a calculated routine, very efficient.
Sanada: Where did you learn that regimen?
Tokugawa: I came up with it, I had the coaches review it as well.
Sanada: Oh! That’s incredible!
Tokugawa: …Are you interested in doing it with me?
Sanada: Absolutely, by all means!
Tokugawa: I should point out though, you’ve already done a few of the workouts in this regimen…
Tokugawa: And I’m already halfway done with it. We’ll pick up from where I’m at, is that okay?
Sanada: Of course! Thank you very much!
Tokugawa: Phew… finished.
Sanada: Thank you so very much! Yes, that was an excellent regimen!
Tokugawa: I see. I’m glad you’re fine with it, too.
Sanada: If you don’t mind, next time, I would like to join you from the very beginning…
Tokugawa: Sure, I don’t mind.
Sanada: Thank you very much.
Sanada: That’s right, I often see Kaidoh here as well, may I invite him too?
Tokugawa: Of course. Does he like working out, too?
Sanada: I can’t really speak for him, but from what I’ve seen, he does seem like the stoic type who likes to push himself.
Tokugawa: Is that so. Well, I’ll ask him once I see him.
[Improvement Level 5 - Episode 2]
Tumblr media
Kaidoh: Fshhhh… Sanada-san filled me in. It’ll be great working with you.
Tokugawa: Yes, likewise. Do you like training, Kaidoh-kun?
Kaidoh: I’ll do whatever it takes to get stronger in tennis.
Tokugawa: Well, that’s a good drive you’ve got there.
Tokugawa: This is my own regimen, so please don’t force or strain yourselves.
Sanada: You don’t think we can keep up?
Kaidoh: …I’ve got this.
Tokugawa: …Understood. Now then, let’s begin.
Sanada: Huff… huff…
Kaidoh: Huff… huff…
Tokugawa: …Can you still go on?
Sanada: Ngh, without question!
Kaidoh: Right!
Tokugawa: All right, let’s continue.
Sanada: This is… the last one…! …Huff… huff, huff, huff.
Kaidoh: Huff… huff…
Tokugawa: Phew… nice job. The regimen is now fully complete.
Tokugawa: Here, help yourselves. This is my go-to protein powder.
Sanada: Thank you very much.
Kaidoh: …Don’t mind if I do.
Tokugawa: This powder dissolves easily in water and doesn’t form any clumps.
Tokugawa: The taste isn’t so bad either, so it’s easy to drink.
Kaidoh: …Gotcha.
Sanada: Who’s the manufacturer? I’d like to know the ingredients, if possible.
Tokugawa: Sure, I’ll show you… Here.
Sanada: Oh… This will be much easier to drink than what we have at Rikkai.
Sanada: These ingredients are pretty good…
Tokugawa: Right. It’s easy to drink and the ingredients are perfect.
Tokugawa: I’ve been using this powder for a while now.
Sanada: I think I’ll fill my club members in on this as well. I’d like to discuss it with them next chance I get and try introducing it.
Kaidoh: …I’ll recommend it to my senpais, too.
Tokugawa: I see. I’m glad you like it then.
Oishi: Whenever I see Kaidoh talking with someone other than a Seigaku member, I have this weird urge to watch over him…
Kikumaru: Right, right! That’s a lil’ something we call “parental love”~
Oishi: Never expected to hear the words “parental love” from you, Eiji…
Kikumaru: Am I wrong?
Oishi: No, I’d say you’re probably right.
Oishi: Let’s thank Tokugawa-san later.

Tokugawa: Huff… huff…
Tokugawa: (These early runs are for training purposes, but the fresh morning air is also revitalizing.)
Tokugawa: (…I end up taking the same course every time, though.)
Tokugawa: …I’ll go this way today.
Tumblr media
Tokugawa: Huff… huff… ? That’s…
Kaidoh: Huff… huff… fshhhh…
Tokugawa: …Kaidoh-kun.
Kaidoh: ! …Hey there.
Tokugawa: If you don’t mind, shall we run together?
Kaidoh: …Sure.
Tokugawa: Speaking of which, I had heard the other day that you do early morning runs as well, but this is the first time we’ve ran into each other.
Kaidoh: Yeah.
Tokugawa: Do you always take the same course?
Kaidoh: …Yes.
Tokugawa: I see. So we must’ve never seen each other due to the courses we take.
Kaidoh: Is this a different course for you, Tokugawa-senpai?
Tokugawa: Yes. I acted on a whim and decided to take a different route today.
Tokugawa: And then I ran into you, Kaidoh-kun. I usually don’t see anyone else, so this is a nice change.
Kaidoh: Oh… Well, on this course, you’ll see a bunch of people. Like over there, see…
Sanada: Hmph! Hahh!! Hahh!! Hahh!! Seyahh!
Tokugawa: !
Kaidoh: Sanada-san’s always practicing swings over there.
Sanada: Ohh, Kaidoh! And you’ve brought Tokugawa-senpai with you too.
Tokugawa: Yes. Would you care to run with us?
Sanada: I appreciate the offer, but I’m afraid I’ll have to decline. I plan on doing calligraphy after this to improve my mental concentration.
Tokugawa: Understood. Well, we’ll see you at practice.
Kaidoh: And then there’s… yep, there he is.
Hiyoshi: Huh… huh!
Tokugawa: Is that… Hiyoshi-kun?
Kaidoh: He’s always practicing his ancient martial arts over there.
Tokugawa: Hm… so this is how everyone practices on their own in the morning.
Kaidoh: …Yep. And I do this ‘cause I don’t wanna lose, either.
Tokugawa: Of course. I managed to discover something new and stimulating, too.
Tokugawa: (It’s nice to change the course once in a while.)

Tokugawa: Hey, Echizen-kun.
Ryoma: What’s up?
Tokugawa: I plan on doing voluntary training after practice today, care to join me?
Ryoma: Well… can we play together and not care about the time then?
Tokugawa: Yes, that’s fine.
Ryoma: Hmm. Okay, I’ll hold you to it.
Tokugawa: Well then, I’ll see you later. Don’t get too tired from practice.
Ryoma: You too.
Ryoma: Hey, I wanna start now.
Tokugawa: Yes, of course. We’ll begin with one ball today.
Ryoma: Nah, we can start with ten.
Tokugawa: …It’s too early for you to be doing that.
Tokugawa: Come, let’s go.
Ryoma: Tch…
Tokugawa: Hah!
Ryoma: Hah!
Tokugawa: (His momentum, aim and course of the ball… they’ve all improved tremendously since the day we first met.)
Tokugawa: (And this power he still has even after the usual practice… he must have a great amount of stamina as well… He’s extraordinary, that one.)
Ryoma: Hey, something on your mind?
Tokugawa: …No, I was just thinking we should add in more balls.
Tokugawa: Let’s increase it to five.
Ryoma: This’ll be a breeze!
Tokugawa: Hah!
Ryoma: Huh!
Tokugawa: Well, not bad.
Ryoma: Hey, hurry up and make it ten balls!
Tokugawa: (He can return five balls with ease. Not to mention the power in them…)
Tokugawa: (I’d expect no less from the man I’ve accepted to be the new hope.)
Tokugawa: Very well. Let’s increase it to ten balls.
Ryoma: That’s what I like to hear!
Tokugawa: Huh!
Ryoma: Hah!!!
Tokugawa: !
Tokugawa: (Now he can even return ten balls… and his reaction speed is getting faster.)
Tokugawa: (I had told him when we first started that it was too early for that. But perhaps now, I stand corrected.)
Tokugawa: (I can’t afford to hold back, then…!)
[Improvement Level 6 - Episode 2]

Tokugawa: Weak!
Ryoma: Just watch, I’m gonna return it… Rah!
Tokugawa: Then how about this one?
Ryoma: You little!
Ryoma: We’re far from done here.
Ryoga: Aww, you lost, Chibisuke!
Ryoma: …If you came here just to bother me, then go somewhere else. I was in a good mood till now.
Ryoga: Aw, don’t be like that.
Ryoga: Hey there, Tokugawa. Let’s have a round together.
Tokugawa: …
Ryoga: Since Chibisuke thinks so highly of you, I’d say we’re kinda rivals now.
Tokugawa: …
Ryoga: Hey, hey, what’s with that look? We’re all part of this camp, aren’t we?
Ryoga: You’re glaring at me like I’m an enemy… Oh, wait… right, right. I know what this is about.
Ryoga: Yes, I sabotaged the Red vs. White competition, but c’mon it’s not that deep…
Ryoga: In all fairness, I just wanted to try and beat the high schoolers.
Ryoga: It was fun, don’t get me wrong, but it was still a competition all in all.
Tokugawa: …
Ryoma: Don’t listen to him, Tokugawa-san.
Tokugawa: …It’s fine. I accept your challenge.
Ryoga: Hah! Alrighty, let’s get this going then.
Ryoma: Hey. Our match isn’t finished yet.
Tokugawa: Yes, I know.
Ryoga: Hey, hey, you don’t need to get upset, Ryoma.
Ryoma: I’m not upset.
Ryoma: …Let’s get this over with.
Ryoga: Yeah, yeah, you better hurry and beat Chibisuke so you can play with me.
Ryoma: …I’m not gonna lose.

Ryoga: Phew, what a match.

Ryoga: Man, I’m thirsty. Oh, there’s the vending machines!
Ryoga: Ponta is a must after practice.
Ryoma: I agree.
Ryoga: …Whew! Man, this stuff’s the best!
Tokugawa: So that’s something you both like to do. How brotherly of you.
Ryoga: Right? It is pretty brotherly, isn’t it?
Ryoma: No, it’s not. I like grape and he likes orange.
Ryoga: What’s up, Chibisuke? Gettin’ embarrassed? Hm?
Ryoma: No.
Ryoga: Well, sorry for interrupting you today. But I had fun.
Tumblr media
Ryoga: Here, take this.
Tokugawa: …
Tokugawa: (This is the same soda he got…)
Ryoga: What’s that look for.
Tokugawa: …Nothing, thank you very much.
Ryoga: You gonna drink it?
Tokugawa: …Yes, I will.
Tokugawa: …
Tokugawa: Mmgh…
Ryoga: Pff-ha, what’s with that face?
Tokugawa: …
Ryoga: Oh wait, you don’t like soda, do you. Sorry about that.
Tokugawa: …No, it’s just…
Ryoga: Well, you don’t have to drink it if you don’t like it.
Tokugawa: …It’d be very rude to turn it down when you bought it to show your appreciation.
Ryoga: Haha! Man, you’re really serious.
Byoudouin: Hmph, how weak.
Tokugawa: ! Byoudouin-san…!
Byoudouin: Having dislikes is a sign of weakness. You’ll never win against me in that regard.
Ryoga: He literally came over here just to provoke you…
Tokugawa: …I’m not weak! *gulp*
Ryoma: Whoa, Tokugawa-san!?
Tokugawa: …! Urk, *cough*, *cough*…
Ryoga: Whoa, jeez, he gulped it all down even though he doesn’t like it.
Tokugawa: I will definitely overcome my dislike of soda, and I will defeat him…!
Ryoga: You’re really letting that get under your skin… wow, you really are serious.
Ryoma: If you’re gonna drink Ponta, then you should try the grape one.
Tokugawa: Yes, I’ll have grape next.
Ryoga: Oh, man… well, it’s typical of you to take everything to heart.
